Do not use these guys ever!!!!! They have broken my new kitchen!!! I called them when my tenants reported a broken fridge/freezer and these guys turned up without the right tools so pulled the integrated fridge out and broke my kitchen as a result - turned out all they had to do was plug it in, the fridge wasn't broken!! The guy on the phone is rude and hungs up, they don't come back to you apart from charging you. Terrible company

The engineer, Habib, diagnosed the issue, ordered the new part and cam back promptly to install it. He was polite, cleaned up afterwards and explained what the issue. Top marks.

It was easy to speak to someone on customer services and the issue was addressed efficiently. However, the issue was that I was not able to book the delivery time/date at checkout. This should have been an option.

bought a dryer from them and it never showed up. On initial delivery date there was no call to inform me of non delivery. Over the next 2 weeks, I had to constantly call to find out when it would be delivered, but the service centre had no idea, I then cancelled the order and they told me that the refund would be in 5-10 working days. Lets see if that even happens!!
