Poor customer service

Unprofessional they do not respond to emails and rude on the phone 'do not call back I told you there will be a refund in 5-7 days and you will get email. Hanged up the phone on me twice while I was on a calm tone simply requesting info. Never provided written cancellation or refund for my order(washer/dryer). I had to file for dispute chargeback. They also charge 90GBP for visit without being able to repair or order replacement parts for a machine that is not old and still available on retail.

I booked an engineer visit for a dishwasher repair. He could not be bothered to do anything, said I need to get a new one, and still charged me £90. I later managed to fix it myself. Complete waste of money - avoid.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE CLOWNS! There should a zero or a negative star rating. Sam, the owner ? and his female assistant are rude, unhelpful & liars. They swore at us many times and insisted we left the shop, turning off the lights, etc, This relates to a fridge/freezer purchased by an elderly family member, which eventually arrived after various broken promises on a delivery date, only after we accepted an inferior (cheaper) model to expedite delivery. Subsequently, the process to receive a refund of the cost difference became tenuous, as Sam made numerous vacuous promises to process the refund. Despite promises by Sam to call back about the refund, to date, we have never heard from him. Eventually, the refund was received by us after having to go via the Bank to obtain the money.

Very efficient. Once they'd taken my order it all happened very smoothly. They arrived when they said they would and fitted the new oven quickly and efficiently. They were tidy and helpful

The enginner managed to fix the problem with perseverance. I was very greatful.

Really helpful team - they couldn't install the integrated door on arrival as too many holes drilled already so filled and came back as a second visit to install. We queried some issues with the machine and they tested it thoroughly and balanced the legs to stop the problem. Very happy!

Excellent - after a problem with Royal Mail delivery, was delivered directly the same day.

Great service, ordered a dishwasher and it was delivered extremely quickly.

Update to my earlier review. I cancelled my order on 20 November. I chased re the refund due every 2 weeks. No response to either chaser. Now going through s75 claim with Amex. My initial view remains. These people are jokers.

Excellent service. Booked appt on line in evening as my oven ceased to work. Engineer was at my door at 9 o'clock the next day with spare part on van. Oven working within half hour. Have recommended to others.

Extremely impressed with Appliancecentre. Very fast response, reasonable call out charge and quick to order and replace the defective appliance. Can happily recommend these folks!

Ali and Saeed who delivered the new dishwasher, were very friendly and considerate.They managed a difficult job with no problem. Overall a great experience. Thank you to all involved.

If I could rate this negative stars I would. Unreliable and probably the most rude people we have ever dealt with. We had a repair man come over to look at our washer dryer. He pulled everything out to look at the appliance that was built into our kitchen making it so we couldn’t get into our cabinets. He left without putting it back because he ensured us he could install a new one quickly. We live on the top floor and obviously him coming over to initially look at the appliance the company was aware of that. The following Monday they made an appointment to come install the new appliance. We waited around and they never showed and cancelled within our delivery time. The next day they showed up at a random time with the appliance and refused to install it because we lived on the top floor. Why was this now an issue? It wasn’t when we ordered it or when the repair man came over. They told us on that day they would refund us. Weeks later we are still waiting on our refund. It has gotten so bad we had to get our credit card company involved. Every time we would try to call they would either hangup on us or cuss us out. We have gotten excuses like the refund isn’t working even though our credit card company has confirmed they never even tried to refund us. They kept saying they would send email confirmation of the refund… that never came. They also said it takes 10 working days… we are past 10 working days. Overall this has been an incredibly upsetting experience. There has been zero empathy from this company and instead we have dealt with such hostility. Never ever use them!
