Singapore | 09 October 2023On 25th September 2023 I ordered and paid for a new dishwasher to deliveres, installed. Today is the 7th October. Delivery has still not happened. Twice during that fortnightly period scheduled delivery was missed. There was no follow up, apology or update from the firm. I had to call for updates as no one has the courtesy to proactively update me and my emails were ignored with no reply. Frankly Appliancentre service is disgraceful.

They came in mid-August, detected the fault and said they would order a new part to be changed and would take only one week, but it took almost a month. Also, they didn't specify which part was changed in the invoice. Apart of that, they did a good job, the three ovens are working well and didn't have more power tripping.

United Kingdom | 22 September 2023Be careful with this company, I wanted to gett vacuum cleaner from them because they had competitive price, I was supposed to get my delivery a week ago, but I didn't, they cancel purchase but I still didn't got refund of my money, when I call them they propose to restart my purchase and send me invoice to pay, invoice was for £100 more than I paid originally, I told them then first I need to get my money back and if I would planning to buy from them vacuum cleaner then for original price. they told me they will send me offer with sale price, for now I don't have either my money back or offer with sale price.... bunch of scammers unfortunately that what you saying is false, I contact Paypal and they told me it was cancelation from seller side, later you hiked up price and try to charge me for this, I never received any other emails from you apart this from 16th confirming my order. At this moment 22nd I still didn't receive my money back it is still in pending transactions, for all of my words I have emails and screenshots as a proof, can you send me screenshots of emails which you saying you sent ?

Initial order confirmation indicated delivery during the morning three days later. Enquiry later that day confirmed changed morning delivery 2 days later. When not received, the delivery driver contacted me to say there would be a further delay until late afternoon. Still no delivery. The next day email and text confirmed delivery by 3:00 pm. Product finally delivered at 4:30 pm. Not a good experience with a total of three wasted days staying at home waiting for promised delivery.

No one called to advise there was a problem with the appointment slot and so we wasted an afternoon waiting for the engineer. The slot was rebooked for the following week. I have reservations about the engineer. He did not take the dishwasher out and properly examine it but said that there was water in the base and it was so damaged it was irreparable. Having quickly given this assessment he offered to provide a quote to have a replacement dishwasher installed the next day. I was unconvinced about the diagnosis and booked the manufacturer's recommended engineer who diagnosed a damaged seal and no need to replace. I think the conclusions are pretty obvious here. The company puts the phone down as soon as I call and say I want to raise an issue. And no response to my emails.

United Kingdom | 02 September 2023Customer service was very rude by delivery did not come as promised on the place a call to the customer service and the customer service told me that my delivery will be tomorrow or do you refund me my money and end the call on me I called back he denied ending the call on me. I was too trying to have a conversation with him. He was telling me that I need to attend to order things that you can do me a refund immediately or it will be delivered the next day and end the call on me again.

United Kingdom | 18 August 2023When we placed the order we advised that delivery was to the second floor but when they delivered the driver made us pay an extra £40 cash to take it up to the second floor. The original order was for delivery on Tuesday. Throughout Tuesday they promised that the machine was on the van for delivery but we subsequently found out that they had delivered our machine to someone else. They eventually delivered on Friday and then charged us an extra £40
