What a brilliant company. The engineer came next day, Christmas week! My old oven was unrepairable. But they supplied a new one at a great price and fitted it the next day. Really good covid protocols. Masks and gloves! Very kind and helpful. Both sets of engineers did everything they could to help. Excellent service and great value for money. Thank you.

Appliancentre supplied me with a washing machine at a very competitive price and also offered a removal and installation service much more cheaply than the bigger stores. Ordered on Tuesday and delivered and fitted on Thursday. All in all a good experience, other than the driver got stuck in traffic so I was waiting at an empty property for 40 minutes. Having said that the delivery men were very helpful and did a good job installing the new machine. I would definitely buy from Appliancentre again.

I ordered my washer/dryer machine but it was accidentally damaged when they loaded it for my delivery. They called and apologised then ordered me a more expensive upgraded machine in the same brand type. So although I didn't get my machine straight away they did everything to rectify the problem including giving me a much better machine. I'm very happy with the service. Thanks.

Hob broke and engineer was very helpful explaining different options. In the end we opted for new hob, with black Friday discount, installed less than two days later and working beautifully. Absolutely fantastic service and no complaints

Ordered on wednesday, delivered, fitted and working on friday!! Old machine taken away. All in less than 30 minutes. My washing machine had good reviews in Which but was sold out in Currys and AOL but Appliance Centre had it in stock at a similar price. Really excellant service and would definately recommend them.

Great experience after initial poor communication. We were promised an email ahead of the fitters arriving which never came, however the fitters were with us before 11 for a 9-12 service. They were courteous, friendly and professional taking great care to avoid any damage to our wooden floors whilst removing and replacing our range oven. Highly recommended.
