The repair person had no understanding of customer service. Talking impolitely of company's customers and more focussing on selling new appliances than repairing ours. In addition, kept lowering his face mask which is the same as not wearing one at all. Would have not booked through this company had known about relaxed attitude towards customer safety. Damaged our wooden flooring and did not disclose this. When contacting their customer service tomreport this, absolutely no response.

Good service, good value

Came round very quickly after my initial call after the dishwasher broke down. Unfortunately it was proper dead (water in all the electronics - it was 10 years old) but they could sell me a new one (including price matching) which could be delivered and fitted a couple of days later. Really can’t complain - was great.

Called to check that they could deliver to Bromley (as it was not completely clear on the website) and was assured they could. Placed order and received delivery in 2 days. Very pleased.

From paying to deliver 1st class would definitely use again

Having used Appliancentre for an over repair before Christmas and had great service they were my first call when our dishwasher failed. The engineer came within a few hours & diagnosed we needed a new one. I ordered the new one at 0656 expecting next day delivery to mean next day. It was installed by 1115 the same day. So rare to find a truly service orientated company, particularly in this area and operating in this field. Highly highly recommended.

Delivery was well informed via text and call from delivery man on the day. They were well equipped with PPE and courteous/ polite, explained the product to me. Full service without leaving any mess behind.
