Appliancentre delivered in 2 days, free delivery and the guy came in and fitted the fridge freezer properly even in these COVID times. I ordered 2 machines accidentally and was immediately notified that one of the monies paid had been refunded because someone in the office had realised that 2 identical machines were not needed at the same address. The two engineers who fitted my cooker, were brilliant! They arrived late because of a traffic accident, yet still they came and were very apologetic, although it was not their fault. They took care of everything during the installation and made sure everything was perfect, finally running me through how to use it. Very nice people to do business with. Disgusting customer service, rude staff, failure to deliver promised service. I contacted this firm to repair my oven and the engineer came, spent 10 minutes looking briefly at the oven and then promised to let me know what spare parts were needed and cost to repair, so could compare with cost of replacing. I followed up a few days later and was promised a call back, wasn't received. Called the next day, again no return call. Called again and was told that the engineer said should replace my oven - i.e. didn't deliver on promise to identify and get price for spare parts to repair. I complained by email and was then told engineer suggested replacing control unit as heat sensor was working fine (not sure how he knew this as he didn't test the oven or do anything other than look at it). I requested a refund as didn't receive promised service, was offered part refund, but I did not accept this. I arranged an independent engineer to inspect the oven and he did a comprehensive test and found it was just the heat sensor which wasn't working and he could replace it for modest cost, no problem with controller. I advised Appliancentre and asked for refund and again was refused. I think their engineer was incompetent and was just trying to sell a new appliance. Customer service has been non-existent with rude staff and aggresive responses to emails. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

The repair man arrived. Had no clue what the problem was. Gave information which I told him, via telephone, that he was wrong. I confirmed that it was wrong. Charged cash and left us in the same predicament. Very disappointed.

Ordered induction hob via online. The process was very quick and simple. You can choose your delivery date and time. Once payments are done you receive an email confirmation. Engineers came on time and installed my new hob and took my old hob (with extra cost). Very happy with their service

I have used Appliancentre several times over the last few years for both repair and replacement. They are usually able to respond quickly with a booking for an engineer to look at an appliance and if a replacement is required this can usually be done next day. All in all easy to deal with.

Excellent in every possible way! Truly helpful telephone service, informative and patient when ordering and arranging delivery, which was super prompt arriving bang on 2pm the next day for a 2-5pm next day delivery slot. The fitters were very professional and kind, being super helpful when there was a bit of a glitch with fitting. I cannot say thank you enough, my new Smeg range cooker is gorgeous and works beautifully! I will definitely be using Appliancentre again and would wholeheartedly recommend buying from them because as I said they are just Excellent!

Thank you for co-ordinating the delivery and fitting of a new integrated dishwasher for my tenants. They are very happy and I was able to arrange everything with a couple of short phone calls. All good!

Dishwasher installation. Helpful, efficient & tidy.

They were easy to buy from and the people installed the dishwasher well but then it wasn't draining. Turns out the waste pipe was connected to a pipe in the garbage disposal that was a dead end (There's a plastic plug that hadn't been popped out). I won't rate them too harshly though as I believe they were just following how the previous dishwasher was set up as that one also wasn't draining.

The team were very nice to speak to on the phone, they delivered our apliance within two days and were quick to install it and solve some other issues with the current set up whilst they were there. Recommend for a good local company.
