Sam the person who works there needs all things in FREE. He hires people from India and doesn't pay. He takes money from the company owner and shows he has done work but he gives freelance work to other people who take money from the owner and don't pay the freelancer. Even beggars who want things for free are better than Sam. As beggars tell you they need things in FREE and if you wish you can give, While Sam is above all this Beggar he promises the work and later doesn't pay by providing any stupid reasons. =========================================================================== Reply for all the points afte the answer. 1. No one asked you to work for free! we had to ask you to stop doing any work and restore the file you edited to what it was as you didn't had a clue what you were doing! A. Yes, but once the work get complete SAM does not pay. The website was already in staging not live and having too many bugs as it was updated to Magento new version. SAM ask to solve the first task bug was to update the Bootstarp library and Font Awesome Lib. We work for two hours and solved the issue for bootstrap. In the intermediate state you change the scope of work Font Awesome Lib is fixed by some other developer. So you just work for Bootstrap. So we worked and solved the issue shown you the proof later you asked My webiste other page got break it must be from the other developer who was also working on same website. So we asked we just work for bootstarp lib and it does not break any things as we shown you proof but as SAM dont want to pay he started giving stupid reasons. 2. You suppose to do a research and tell us the process and what needs to be done, instead after 10 min you told us that you did the work and after we noticed the site crashed and your work was wrong we told you to not touch the site anymore! A. You have asked to try and solve the issue on Staging as it was not live webiste you can directly work on Staging. We have work 2 hours not the 10 mins this is the another lie. Site not got crash from our work but it was already having too many bugs on staging website and might got crash by your other developer who was working parrelry on Font Awesome. 3. learn the job then demand payment not asking for payment when you broke the site after working on it for 10 min! A. We have asked for the work we have done and which have not break any thing but if SAM dont want to pay he started unlinked excuses for not to pay. Let me explain you in your terms of business. You have electonic store and you send the person for service of washing machine door not opening. When your service people solve the issue of machine door is not opening you started working on the door issue you broke my mahchine moter. Which have no relations with each other. Later you say stoped working on my machine and we dont want to pay you. In contrast the machine motor was already not working but SAM dont wan to pay he gives stupid excuse you break my machine moter and I can pay you for door repairs. Any one who want to buy from this company and SAM never buy from there. As they dont pay to the other people they work with also same kind of cheet they can do with the customers aswell. So never work with them and never buy from this kind of company where all fraud people works. Also my above all chat is true this is the proof the company just have Reviews 3.8 which is very less shows the company and people working there are frauds.

Fantastic service, arrived in the middle of the time slot, the guys had 2 flights of stairs to bring a new washing machine up and old one down, it was plumbed in carefully withing 5minutes and checked to make sure it filled and drained OK- lovely guys, professional service, happy customer.

The engineers did a thorough job of installing the new fitted fridge. The place was left clean and tidy and they took the old fridge away.

I would have given zero stars were it possible. I placed an order for a new washing machine on Thu 8 August, selecting 9am-12 noon delivery on Tue 13 August (the day after we were returning from holiday). I waited in and no delivery had arrived by 12 noon. I called at 13:25, to be told that Bosch hadn't delivered to them the previous day (Mon 12 Aug), though of course they failed to reach out proactively to tell me that. They indicated that Bosch had told them it would be delivered to them that day (Tue 13 Aug) and they had someone on standby to bring it to us as soon as it came. So I waited in all day for a delivery which still didn't arrive, called at 17:23 to which nobody answered the phone (opening hours stated as 9am-6pm), and emailed at 17:29 - I'm still awaiting a response to the email. I had to go into town for work on Weds 14 Aug, so my wife had to stay in waiting for the delivery. She called in the morning only to be given the same story that Bosch had failed to deliver to them yesterday (Tue 13 Aug) as well. It still hadn't arrived by the time I got home, so I called at 14:22 only for the gentleman answering the phone to be unable to provide any information about when we should expect delivery, before saying he would cancel the order and then hanging up on me! We are now left with no washing machine and a large pile of dirty clothes from holiday! Thanks very much Appliancentre!!

Did not deliver when they said they would. Had to call multiple times and still no washing machine. Still waiting on my Klarna refund, I believe they have to arrange this with Klarna.

Arranged to be delivered Tuesday. Stayed home all day and nothing arrived. No communication received. I had to contact next day to find out and rearrange for 12-3 pm on Friday. Arrived out 5:30. I did get a call to say it was 30 mins away.

Terrible company do not order as I received a faulty oven which had been already installed. Refused to install oven trying to charge me for their error. Nightmare scenario which should of been very easy. The owner is very rude and abrupt too.

A repair man advised my dishwasher would not be economical to repair, which I'm sure was correct. I ordered a new machine from the company on the basis they had a suitable model in stock and could be delivered on on the following Tuesday at a time convenient to my work commitments. It never arrived. I chased during the day as the tracking option showed the delivery "had not been assigned". I used the online chat option which said it was coming and the driver would call. It didn't arrive and no call. The following day I was told the machine had been damaged and a new one would be made available urgently. It didn't get delivered until Friday afternoon. I had to chase in the intervening days and keep myself available in case the machine was available. I felt customer service and communication v poor and that i was made to feel a nuisance by trying to find out what was happening. Unfortunately the reply from Appliancentre is not true. The delivery was booked for Tuesday between 3 and 6pm. No one contacted me on Tuesday to tell me the appliance was damaged and therefore not deliverable. I had to chase to find out what was going on. I was told they would try and get a replacement as soon as possible which would hopefully be delivered on the Wednesday. I work and have other commitments and was not called to be told what the position was regarding delivery, so I had to call to find out - not "every 10 minutes", but in the morning when i was basically fobbed off and again in the evening when I was fobbed off again. Same happened Thursday. I was finally contacted on Friday and told it would be delivered that day.

Although I haven’t used the appliance yet I cannot fault the ordering process or the delivery which were both 1st class would highly recommend.
