Fast delivery

Shipping cost calculator on your website needs updating. Ordered an item to be shipped to Hervey Bay Queensland your calculator quoted $138 which I was later advised to be "hundreds of dollars" less than the actual shipping cost. 20 November 22 After further positive discussion with Shade Australia I am updating this review to reflect a Three star rating . Due solely to the cost of shipping to my location I requested to cancel the order and ask for a refund of the item ordered which was promptly agreed and acted upon . My thanks to management and staff at Shade Australia Ltd. for this action.

Well, I've had zero communication from them since placing the order and it's too soon for anything to have arrived, so if you insist on hassling me for reviews at this early stage, all I can say at the moment is that it has been neither positive or negative so far.
