I ordered a 4 metre umbrella with a concrete stand. Laura contacted me regarding the stand, which was a miss-match to the size of the umbrella. Both Michael and Laura suggested a different stand that would be more stable and sorted an exchange with minimal cost. Everything was approached with the utmost of professionalism and experience.

The website allowed me to order an item after discussing on the phone with staff a delivery point to allow me to access the free shipping. Once I placed the order an email was sent saying free shipping was no longer an option despite speaking to staff who suggested the method. Disappointed in the outcome and the follow up discussion to assist my purchase. I was ordering from Queensland and Shade Australia is in NSW. Won't ever bother again as shipping was over $100 for a market umbrella 😔😔

Website is a little difficult to navigate and get precise search results. But excellent help and advice in the chat helped me make an informed choice. There are also informational videos on some products that are quite helpful too.

Found order process confusing and order quantities increasing as I went through stages Very difficult to implement corrections and had to log in and out several times before all was correct Confirmation of order very slow and no estimate of delivery date available The system kept asking for edits on payment and delivery info which seemed to go nowhere Probably use the phone next time I really need to know a delivery date as I need this product to take away on holiday in 2 weeks
