Shade Australia had exactly what I was looking for in my mid range price and when I messaged on their ‘Chat’ I was answered within 30 seconds. I did have trouble placing my order as it didn’t like my credit card number for some reason so after a few attempts I switched to PayPal and success!

Spoke with customer service team twice on the phone before ordering and they answered my queries and provided great suggestions. Delivery was quick.

Very grateful for the phone call from the Shade Australia rep to discuss the umbrella bases for my purchases to ensure I made the right choice. Their advice was invaluable and I have two happy umbrellas that can cope with the wind. Thankyou.

Found it difficult online to go from umbrella selection to adding a base to cart. Ended up choosing "no base" and adding it separately. Then, there should be "add a cover" based on your umbrella choice, which I didn't see.
