Great price ,slow processing. More of a amplifier than hearing aids. need to be able to adjust sound quality and reduce background noise

Shipping was fast, getting a refund is a nightmare.Been waiting 45 days for it.

The communication and exchange went smoothly However, had to pay more for upgrade and the hearing aides still too big for my ear entry.

The product is a good one and well made. However, they were not compatible to me. Getting a refund has been challenging. My order was received middle of Dec 2022, finished all they ask and sent back a week later. It is middle of Feb 2023 and still haven’t gotten my refund. Poor customer service. Still waiting.

You collected purchase price and fees at time order was placed. No progress was made on the order until an inquiry was. A return was promptly made; Yet a refund has not been made. What else is there to say. So ar you are failing to do the minimal for any additional business. Still looking or hearing aids.

Ordering and receiving was all good. The size is a little on the big scale and the volume technique can be changed to something other than using a screwdriver. Hubby is having difficulty with the volume, it squeals and he needs it at its highest volume or they’re no good to him.

amplifiers not hearing aids. The only thing you hear is back ground noise.

Overall, it has been quite a learning experience. When I had a question, it was answered promptly. Learing how to control the volume took a bit of practice but I got it down. I have differnt volume settings so I had to put a white rubber piece on one side and black on the other since the hearing aids aren't color coded. This isn't my first hearing aids, for the price they are fantastic.

I will have to say I was disappointed. They were called minis, but they’re very large to sit into your ear. My first bad experience was the tip coming off in my ear had to have it removed. Also, they’re a little hard to adjust the volume As it is so small, you can’t tell how much you are adjusting and trying to get each one adjusted was difficult. No matter how low I adjusted them too. I kept getting feedback in my head. Sounded like I was talking in a tunnel and hearing in a tunnel after three weeks I gave up on them completely. You said be honest and that’s what I’ve tried to do.

Didn’t like the fit! Returned for refund ! You received the hearing aids on January 17th and I still haven’t received my refund!

I was skeptical a product was true to its advertising but very glad I took the chance to try these hearing aids out. They make the opportunity for so many more people to be able to hear what they've been missing out on. I bought another pair for my father. I'm definitely a fan!

No instructions how to use ear wax cleaners. Said a video would sent. That didn’t happen. Have owned the aids for several months. Still Havnt used. Wasted money

We have tried two pairs, returned both pairs and waiting on refund! This started on Nov and still not done! I was dissatisfied because they kept adjusting automatically causing startle!
