United States | 22 February 2023I ordered a pair of these a few months ago. Previously I had a set of Eargo aids. These are larger and not quite as comfortable (I have very small ear canals) however the sound is excellent and very adjustable. My previous pair could change volume by tapping your ear. Sounded great but loud noises would cause volume increases. So far I have seen no need to adjust the volume after initial setting and they seem to handle larger groups and noisy locations quite well. Very satisfied... Would suggest everyone try these before spending big bucks on another brand

United States | 22 February 2023Ordering was easy. The devices never felt comfortable, so I requested a return. The hearing aids were acknowledged as "Retuned" by Bossa customer service. This was six weeks ago, but MY RETURN STILL HAS NOT BEEN PROCESSED. As I write this. Bossa Hearing has ripped me off for the amount of the hearing aids.

United States | 22 February 2023The TX-5 Mini are the best hearing assistance devices I have found, so far. They are far superior to the Rx hearing aids I used for several years. The 'in the ear' design does take some getting used to, so follow the break-in instructions that come with the units. I have been well pleased, and when these units need to be replaced I look forward to ordering another pair, and I will opt for the extended warranty this time.

Canada | 22 February 2023When in a conversation with someone 3 to 5 feet away, all is ok. but if there is any other activity or sounds within 20 to 40 feet away, that "noise" completly makes my conversation not audible. Very embarrassing. Adjusting the volume controls up or down does not solve the problem. Your product is just very poor "technical " quality ! !

United States | 22 February 2023Seems like every time I try to recharge they tend to squeal a frequency I do not hear that really anoises my wife and pets. Also I have no option to adjust sound on a noisy situation. So I rarely use them should have sent them back

United States | 22 February 2023The hearing aids do help my hearing. I wish they would fit better. I could use smaller tips than the ones included because they have fallen out on occasion. I have small ear canals. Also the hearing aids are not as small as advertised. They are noticeable. But all in all for the price they are okay.

Canada | 22 February 2023These hearing aids are not very good as they do not fit in the ear canal properly. There is way too much background noice that I had to remove them. I didn’t like that I couldn’t adjust the volume on the fly. I don’t want to be carrying a tool around to adjust for hearing volume. I will be returning today. I have purchased regular hearing aids which are superior to these. Yes, they did cost more but they are fantastic as soon as I put them in my ears. They are also compatible with my IPhone. I would also recommend that a person get their ears tested for what hearing aids are best suited for their needs.

United States | 22 February 2023I husband was not happy at all with the quality of the hearing amplifiers-not hearing aids. All he heard was a loud feedback of his own voice. Very distracting. I requested a refund and returned the item on December 15,2022 and they received it on Decemeber 26,2022. They said I would receive full refund less shipping and handling with in 10-15 business working days. This did not happen. I must of called 5-6 times asking about my refund to get the same answer that the billing department has to process the refunds. After many times of calling, I received a refund on February 21,2023, so more like 40 business days. I will not be doing business with this company ever again.

United States | 22 February 2023I made a purchase of 2 sets of hearing aids 10/20/2022 Order #40678 and they were not what I expected. I returned them on 11/29/2022 USPS to : PO Box14367, Scottsdale, AZ I had lost the return # from the USPS. I have tried multiple times to explained this problem and told that without USPS #their really much they could do, I had enclosed the receipt in the package with the hearing aids. I also talked to someone again and she was going to look into it. I realize I sent it to the only address I had because calling during the holiday was impossible, I could never get through to anyone and was very frustrated. I just want a refund for something I don't have. I just would appreciate someone anyone to help me with this, please!! Thank you for you help! Kathleen Poisson
