WARNING! DO NOT TRUST! WOULDN'T BOTHER BUYING FROM HERE! WARNING! The saying is true 'buy cheap, buy twice' Our divan bed broke after a few months on both sides. Even the wood snapped on the side its that cheaply made. Even though your ment to have ' 1 year Warrenty' they don't want to know! They just want you to pay for a new one. They are very DISHONEST AND UNTRUSTWORTHY! Each person I spoke to was very rude and gave me numerous different prices and answers when I tried to resolve this issue. They will fob you off and take your money. If I was you I would put the extra couple of pounds and buy from a proper, professional shop and get quality products. So called 'manager' doesn't even exist here and give out false names!!! Very dodgy people and business!!

I was delivered a torn head board , called them immediately and sent them pictures which they claim they couldn’t view . On the 3rd day , they agreed they had the picture and would contact me . They never did . Poor customer service ! The bed has a torn headboard and they don’t care even after pays 30pounds for the delivery truck to wait for me to get home . Annoying bunch of people

I ordered a divan base which I'm very happy with, the issue I had was with the actual delivery of the item and the lack of communication given to the delivery driver. My address is quite hidden since its in a town centre so I provided a detailed description of which road to go down and where I am located, this was not passed on to the driver so when they rang me and said they were on the main st. I said that wasn't where I am and told them to check the delivery instructions. Turns out there was no instructions and they deliver based on postcode only! I tried to explain where to go but they seemed confused so eventually I had to go outside, approach the driver and explain in person. Nope still won't do. I had to actually get in the van with them and tell them where to turn around, which road to go down and eventually where to pull-in to. What a joke. Oh and I had to lug the base up the stairs to my flat on my own. Luckily I could manage that on my own!

The product and delivery were excellent. My only criticism is that as I paid by PayPal I did not get a confirmatory email from the company. As I was concerned about delivery I phoned and was told I would get an email confirming the order and delivery date. Did not receive any emails from the company. I did check my trash file to make sure. The bed turned up when expected and the delivery company called in advance. So kudos to them.

Really pleased with the item which arrived on the day stated and was delivered by a really pleasant driver. Only “complaint” (I can’t think of a more appropriate word at the moment) was although I was told the delivery would be early and before 8am it was with me by 6:45am! Would happily use again.

Food for thought, I originally purchased (and returned) a £679.00 King Size Leesa TV advertised mattresses but when it arrived it expanded to only 9 inches thick (7 inches base foam + 2 inches Visco Elastic foam) I thought it was very expensive and prompty returned it. So after much research, 6 months ago I invested in the HF4Y0040 King Size 14 inch thick memory foam mattress (10 inch base foam + 4 inch Visco Elastic) - 100009634 for just £309.00! The mattress i bought is exceptional quality, it has not lost its shape, there was no chemical smell and and it is as good 6 months on as it was the day it was delivered - despite supporting a 21 stone and 14 stone adults each night - most impressive of all are that the edges of the mattress are still intact and I was not expecting it to have lasted this long in as new condition (at less than half the price of the TV advertised mattress).

Third time buying from here. Says it all really. All new beds in my house, great prices, fast delivery and great communication. Highly recommend

Ordered a bed frame and mattress from this company which were supposed to be delivered together. The company do call you to advise of a date of despatch,however at no point was I advised that the frame would be delayed on this call. I disposed of the old bed and only the mattress turned up. My disabled mother had to sleep on the couch until the frame turned up. The screws that came with the bed were for a headboard which I did not order! The two sections of the bed should be secured in the middle but there are no instructions that come with the bed. The customer service is beyond appalling.Rude, arrogant and unhelpful.I did submit a complaint but never received a response.I was also given an incorrect email address. Please do not use this company. They dont deserve your hard earned money. Following your response,the bed did not come with anything to secure the two sections of the bed together. The base was delivered in the afternoon not the morning as promised. You have only just responded after your incompetent 'complaints' agent promised a response within 24 hours of the complaint being submitted. Very poor service indeed.

Main reason i ordered from this store was the fact that i could have my mattress delivered the next day. I was looking forward to its arrival but unfortunately they sent me the wrong one. I contacted customer service via email. No real apology was made and they tried to persuade me to keep the cheaper mattress they had sent in error. I refused and had to wait another 4 days for the replacement. Would not use again.

The bed I ordered is excellent, it came quickly, the driver was very nice, and they were also super helpful with my special requests regarding delivery.

bed arrived 1 day late both draws had backs smashed off, casters on one half of divan will not stay in holders missing. Called to complain to be told they would send out holder inserts for casters and new draws, left it a week called again only to be told to contact their after sales team. which I have done be email. received a automated reply which said they would be in contact whithin 24 hrs now nearly 48 hrs later still heard nothing. very poor customer service!! Update three weeks later still waiting to be sorted have heard, one email said items were on there way if I did not receive to contact again did this only to receive another email asking what it was I wanted!! so emailed back with details now they have asked for order number!, wait for next installment.

seems like a great mattress for our spare room in an unusual size 3'6" , excellent delivery service
