United Kingdom | 31 May 2018Ordered a bed on Sun 27 May 2018, chose Tuesday 29 May for delivery. No bed turned up. Phoned on Wed 30th for them to claim it was despatched on Fri 25 May (2 days before we ordered). Told us someone would phone back. Two hours later we phoned again, we were given the DX courier number and told to chase it up ourselves. Phoned DX only half the order arrived at local depot. Phone DX on Thu 31 May, still only half order in depot. Phoned up sales line, agent said give me a minute to investigate I will call you straight back. 1 hour later we phone back and cancel order. No one ever phoned us, no one seemed to care about getting the goods to us. We paid on CC so will have no issues in getting out money back, but some of the worst service I’ve received and a terrible couldn’t care less attitude.

I purchased a divan bed and mattress and 22 hours later is was delivered close to London by a very nice man exactly on time. I could ask for nothing more and would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

United Kingdom | 21 May 2018Don't use this company they completely wasted my time - couldn't deliver when they said they could despite me having phoned twice to check, once before making the order and then once order had been made. Just say what you want to hear to get the order! Has put me off using EBAY too - there is a reason they have low prices the cost will be in wasting your time - DO NOT USE!!!!!

First they delivered the wrong item (a wardrobe instead of a shoe-cabinet), then when they came back to change it they were expecting me to carry the wardrobe from my flat on the 2nd floor to the ground floor by my own, which I did not do, despite the fact I had clearly stated I was gona be alone and need help. Their driver said it was not his job, and that once he got hurt helping a customer and he had to stay home 6 weeks without pay. No wonder he didn't want to help. I think these people don't deserve our money, as they don't respect their customer nor their employees.

Then after asking to speak to managment was passed between 3 sales people to be told no one would compensate for the inconvienience no one would help and wait untill tomrrow and wait in all day for delivery.

United Kingdom | 18 April 2018Ordered for next day delivery, invoice stated the delivery day I waited in from 7:30am - 7:30pm but no delivery. The item turned up the next day luckily when I was home for lunch. Spoke with courier company who advised they had not received the item to be delivered until the actual delivery date. Emailing the company they have not taken responsibility for this and keep saying it is in their clause they can not take blame for this. The fact they did not dispatch when they should of is down to them. Or even the fact that they did not contact me to let me know delivery would not be made when expected. Do not expect delivery when you are supposed to do it.

United Kingdom | 03 April 2018Marcia London SE18 7ED I bought the Memphis day bed and it was a nightmare. The sofa bed is very pretty but the key features advertised are incomplete and misleading. The bed is designed only for maximun weight bearing capacity of 20 Kg according to Home Furnishings instruction leaflet, making it unsuitable for slim adults or teenagers. The bed is too wide for not having some metal bars to support the mattress, all the slats are made of soft and weak wood. The sprung up mattress is wider than the bed, not nice and neat as the picture.The bed delivered to me, once assembled was tilting slightly when touched. The customer service was unhelpul and I received the refund nearly 3 months after having bought it and shorter in £55, which they charged for collecting the bed back to their depot. Now they changed their terms and conditions for their return, so read it carefully. When I bought it was brief and encouraging to purchase the item. I don't recommend this bed unless you're going to use it only with small kids and make sure you have pmenty of room in their bedroom!

United Kingdom | 02 April 2018Ordered on a Saturday with a specified/requested delivery date of Tuesday (I selected this from options while ordering), after staying in all day I received a call in the afternoon to arrange delivery for Wednesday - apparently if it was going to be delivered on Tuesday I would have heard Monday (getting an e-mail confirming my order was ready wasn't enough). Wrong bed was delivered (ottoman opened at the end instead of side) and despite being packaged had tears on material, but I had enough of sleeping on the floor so a partial refund was made. I then realised they'd sent the wrong size headboard, so had to wait for that to be delivered. The headboard had 2 strips of wood, both were split but were just about usable so I'll be waiting for that to go wrong. One of the customer service team was very helpful, but the quality of the product/quality control and general organisation were unimpressive.

United Kingdom | 10 March 2018Having a nightmare trying to return a defective mattress sold by Home Furnishings UK via Amazon, Mattress sunk within 4 weeks used by a 7yr old. Expect me to warp it (?), organise courier (?) & pay (!) Mattress extremely poor quality. Seller unhelpful. Fortunately Consumer Act 2015 protects and will be fully used to attain full refund.
