I ordered a trundle bed for my Granddaughter, which was delivered very quickly by a very helpful young man called Jameel, who went the extra mile with his customer service. The bed is very comfortable, she loves it! I would recommend this company for it's value for money goods and excellent customer service.

Bought a bed online. Parts were missing and when I requested the parts I was told to pay extra. Then I still didn't receive the parts and had to complain to consumer rights.

Delivered base and headboard within two days with no hassle! Will defenitley recommend to anybody and use them again

Incorrect bed delivered first but quickly resolved

Brought a orthopaedic small firm mattress from these guys....the mattress delivered was not firm at all. I request that they take the mattress back but no answer from them at all...they wont speak on the phone or take responsibility for there poor quality mattress. So I intend to take them to a county court for cost of the mattress and other costs if they don't refund me ASAP. I would avoid at all costs as they treat customers with a problem inappropriately. Bought the bed frame and head board. Spot on the colour fabric and delivery with updates so can't fault them.

Bought a divan set in good faith, and recieved the wrong one, called a liar on the phone and still awaiting a resolve, I'd defo not recommend this company to anyone! Customer service skills are awful and the way the staff speak to you is unthinkable

Decent quality and price for what we were looking for. Called the day before to confirm delivery. Driver called when he was half an hour away. He was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend for those looking for cheap and cheerful options with reliable delivery.

Bed delivered early morning, no other person could come to help, but managed to rope in few friends. Bed is very impressive, it does not look that big in the photos. Staff pleasant, whilt communicating about missing parts,i.e chrome feet. Refunded for chrome feet.Overall great service and would recommend
