United States | 31 January 2020TOTAL SCAM Stay far away from them and DO NOT believe anything they try and sell you! They say you could be fined up to $16000 if you dont buy their stupid posters.

United States | 28 January 2020If I could give NO stars, I would. The deception of this site to purchase labor law posters is unbelievable. The "purchase" I made, was the invitation to a predatory call from one of their phone sales people trying to extort $199 annual subscription fee from me. Their sales strong-arm person was one of most belligerent people I have encountered in a long time. DO NOT purchase anything from this company.

United States | 25 January 2020I opened a small salon, they sent me a paper that I shoud have OSHA or whaterver,it's around $20. Then, someone keep calling me about many things and my charge is over $140. I told them I dont know what that is, I will not pay on phone for things I dont know. Next, they took the check I sent before and they sent a lot of things usedless and ask me $167.97. What???? I can find same things on Amazon only $20. If it cost $160 for these things, this company should tell customer at first. They trapped you only $20 and then send all things first. Finally, you have to pay for rest. I thought these stuff cost for $20,I check the bank they took money right way after they call and ask $140. You shoud send customer a paper that it cost that much before you send your stuff, and also took money from us that we thought it cost for. They set you up for these people are new with new business. You can have 1 customer at 1 time only, and they never come back 2nd time. Good Luck.

United States | 23 January 2020Terrible. I'm a new business owner and felt preyed on and taken advantage of. They have pushy salespeople - and if you aren't aware of "mandatory" vs. "recommended" - you will toss away a lot of money to them.

United States | 18 January 2020These are scammers! They send a card with a $40 price for employment posters, then when you order and they get your credit card number, they slip in another $300 of outrageously priced posters! When you call and complain, they say they will take a return, but when you ship them back, they claim they arrived damaged! Note that they will post a response saying they want to fix the problem if you call, but not a single person has ever had their complaint resolved! Beware, just stay away! UPDATE: Personnel Concepts did respond, after posting a negative review on the Better Business Bureau website, with a full refund.

United States | 14 January 2020Like other reviewers, they were badgering and bullying when trying to get me to purchase from them. They would call day after day even though I told them to take me off their list. When I asked for someone who could take me off their list, they would hang up on me. I'd give zero stars if I could.

United States | 07 January 2020Received a call for an order for Labor Law Posters. The sales person - Lety- said an order was placed from our company by a Demetrus Evans yesterday, and she was calling to confirm the order. Then she proceeded to ask for a credit card number, (which I did not give). I spoke with our owner, and no order was placed. A warning to Demetrus Evans... who ever you are, these people are giving you a REALLY bad name/reputation. This company is a total scam. If you should receive a phone call from 708-367-3633 dont even bother answering it. Its them trying to get you to pay for things that you never ordered.

United States | 06 January 2020I would not recommend using this company. We ordered from them for 1 year and when we found a cheaper alternative and let them know that we would NOT be using them for the next year, they were aggressive and argumentative. He started talking over me and telling me why I was making a mistake and that I would not get compliance service from any other company, which is completely false. They also called multiple times a day and get more aggressive and rude with each call.

NOT happy
United States | 20 December 2019This company is OUT OF CONTROL ! They call from different numbers and 6-10 times a day! DO NOT PURCHASE!! You will have the rudest people call and harass you ! It DOES NOT work to tell them that you do not want anything either. They will continue to call and send CRAP in the mail. If I could negative "star" this company I would. NO MEANS NO people! STOPPPPPPP CALLINGGGGGG!

United States | 09 December 2019I am only giving this one star because the review requires you to click at least one star! This company is so pushy and aggressive with their sales. Their customer service is absolutely appalling. I did not renew my order with them a few months ago because of their service. They called again today threatening my CSR that answered the phone with outrageous fees due to our not being compliant, which we are just though a different organization. He then proceeded to try and speed talk me through a renewal and when I again declined and asked them to stop calling here, the CSR on their end said...."Oh now you mad..." and this is when I hung up. If my CSR's ever spoke or treated a customer the way this company does we would be out of business! Get it together.

United States | 05 December 2019Definitely a scam. All the postings required by law are available for free from all agencies. Posters are cheap and can be found on Amazon. This company uses scare tactics and phone harassment to get you to buy something you don't need to buy. Beware! Do your due diligence before you get involved.

United States | 05 December 2019These people are scam artists! Sent me slips, trips, and falls compliance info for staff without my consent and then called me, threatened me with fines from the government, and sent me a bill for around $350 for the materials I had received. Told them to stop sending me solicitation for posters because I was tired of giving them money every few weeks for an updated poster they tried this last ditch effort to garner $350 from me. When I told them about the situation and that I did not agree to pay $350 for the material I even offered to return the unopened product but they wouldn’t accept the return because it had been more than 30 days. I told them I wasn’t going to pay and they offered to give me a discount of around 50% before sending me to collections. Collections has called twice and told them I will paying for the items that I never requested. Now the bill is $400. This company is a fraud!

United States | 22 November 2019this company should be shut down by authority. First they try to scare us into paying $229 for 4 posters. After we refused they still call everyday. I told them to cancel the order and they still charge my card. This is harassment and robbery!

Just Me
United States | 14 November 2019I took over the Accounting for a shop and have DAILY calls, sometimes twice a day!! Its $200 annually for labor law posters I can print myself for $10. They HOUND YOU AND HOUND YOU!! Ive told 10+ people that I have went with another company this year and the owner no longer want to continue business with them. He told me to go with another company because we get monthly calls that this add on and that add on training for sexual harassment, active shooter, etc is not included in the annual subscription so it would be another $200-300. They are extremely pushy and will not take no for an answer. I wish I wouldve researched them before I called them the first time. They have literally held me up for 5-30 minutes BICKERING and telling me what they can do about the calls to supress them but they never do. I have way too much on my desk to deal with their forceful scams.

United States | 06 November 2019This Company is a bunch of con-artists!! Intial $5.97 for labor law posters turned into threats and them demanding an additional $175.00 for $5 posters! They claim government and or osha services will be checking you to see if you are compliant with your posters. I told them i downloaded what i needed for $5. The guy then told me that is what is compliant today and the laws change a lot and we would be in trouble!

Katie
United States | 06 November 2019DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. I took over as office manager and just continued to do things as our previous manager had. I noticed that every year their renewal calls came earlier and earlier to point where we were being double charged in one year. When I confronted them about this their reps would get extremely defensive and state that they were trying to protect us from being out of compliance, which is what the annual fee of almost $800 was supposed to cover but they would send posters along with a new annual bill that was due 3 months sooner than it should have been. I should have googled their reviews sooner but when I did all of my skepticism was confirmed. They are scamming, there are PLENTY of other options for these posters.

Kendra
United States | 29 October 2019I also ordered a labor law poster from them and they call me now 2-3 times a day, harassing me to buy their OSHA active shooter training for $300+. I asked our lawyer who assured me no such training is needed and that this is a scam. They refused to email me information like I asked them too and will not stop calling. I am regretting using them for our labor law poster and wish the harassment would end!!

Sheila
United States | 22 October 2019I ordered the posters for labor laws and since then they have called me 12 day in a row telling me that OSHA is requiring me to get the Workplace Violence Prevention Training Program and if I don't order them that OSHA will fine me $14,000.00 until I buy the training programs I reported them to OSHA

United States | 17 October 2019I received a solicitation in the mail for workplace posters, which I actually needed. I purchased a poster, which was fine, but then the harassment began. They started calling, saying it was urgent to speak with me, there were urgent changes. I advised my receptionist that I would not talk to them and to have them email me if there was something urgent to say. They continue to call, almost daily, and will not take no for an answer. They said they couldn't email me without talking to me briefly. I said no. We told them that I was not going to talk to them and to stop calling. Still they call. I told my receptionist to hang up on them. They just call back. I don't understand this business model. I would have used them again in the future, if not for this phone harassment. I will never use them again. Good job, Personnel Concepts, you just lost a customer.
