Totally recommend Omnitub. We bought the tub and shipped to Canada because we could find nothing in Canada or the US to fit the space we had to work with. Communication was easy and professional through Whatapp and by phone.

Looks amazing, fits beautifully but house not finished yet so not tried it, very well wrapped, lovely delivery men, very easy to plumb in according to my plumber, perhaps not the bath for a water meter, this is the first time I have had one, can’t wait for my first bubble bath with book, only got a shower at the moment😀

I bought my first Omnitub 3/4 years ago, and was delighted with it, since then I move house an purchased another. This time I bought the smaller tub as the previous one was slightly over size for my needs. The new bath is fine, width is great but the length could have be slightly longer, however, my only criticism is the filler/pop up waste. Now the previous bath filler/waste had a hot/cold mixer built in, the new waste has no such facility. Now I was told this when I ordered it so I'm not going to winge about it, however it does have two feed connections suggesting it could mix but you'd have to do that from external taps which is it what I wanted to do. I contacted omnitub about this and they told me I need an additional mixer module to achieve what I wanted to do, sadly this isn't what I wanted to do and secondly I didn't want to spend an additional £150 or whatever it cost, to do this. To top this the filler/waste trap was around £200 which is in my opinion should be price at £50 max. So now I have a £200 filler which doesn't do what I wanted and it's been suggested I spend an extra £150 ish on a mixer. If I'd appreciated al this prior to buying, I would have had tap holes drilled in the bath, but this would have spoilt the baths clean lines. I can work around this, but I didn't have to on my first bath, so why now. Omnitub, find a different supplier for the filler waste which allows hot/cold mixing!

The bath , I am sure, will be great and no doubt will deserve a 5 star rating. The reason for a 3 is that the logistics side of our experience was not great - this is no doubt explained by additional complications post-Brexit however it led to a lot of chasing and hassle at our end to try and resolve it.

I wanted a plunge bath for about 2 years. I was constantly viewing sites that sold them. Decided to purchase from omnitub, made an appointment and travelled to their site to view. I was not disappointed and purchased a bath right away to fit in with my new bathroom refit. Yes, it was expensive but I knew out would be as they are pretty much bespoke. Process was excellent and bath was delivered on time as agreed. Fabulous product and Company to deal with. They even took the time to email me a link to a product that I wanted to complement the bath.

A top quality and stylish product from a top quality company. From start to finish the level of service was excellent. Advice available throughout the process and the end result is amazing. We will definitely use again and I am already spreading the work with friends and colleagues. Japanese style, British build quality. What more could you want?!

Great product and excellent service! The tub and waste we ordered was just what we wanted for our Japanese-inspired minimalist bathroom. The stand out has to be the firm's service. We had only experienced these tubs on our holiday in Japan, so we weren't sure exactly how we could replicate the feature in our new bathroom. Handily, Omnitub were able to answer all our questions and walk us through all the specifications through the online chat function on their website and over the phone. There was an unexpected delay of a few days in delivery but we were kept in the loop every day with progress and were in regular contact with the driver on the day of delivery, which was very handy.

Great tub, got it fitted easily. The bath itself is great and we can fit a walk in shower and tub in the bathroom. Delivery and ordering was straight forward. And staff were either easy to call or got back to us quickly if we had any questions.

Amazed my client asked for a solo to be fitted which need to be trimmed to fit on site. Amazed by the high quality of the fiberglass and the supporting timbers cut well fitted beautifully the company from start to finish couldn't be more helpful and such quick turn around brilliant work guys would definitely use them time and time agaain

I bought the smallest size tub as this is the only one which fits into my en-suite . I needed assurances about this and the advice and information I got from Omnitub was superb . Their website is fantastic with several videos going into great detail to help with the purchase . Communication on delivery arrangements was faultless. Love the product - perfect fit . I absolutely love my bath, was a bit tricky to put it because I only have a small space but once fitted it is the most comfortable bath I have ever had, I also have steps up to my bath which make a lovely feature in the bathroom
