Inaccurate product descriptions. Poor quality and color. Recieved only partial order despite paying additional for shipping to receive products by a specific date, Of completely unusable, defective, and multiple damaged items (which representatives claim only one of the items is damaged, despite photos provided of physical damage to multiple items upon arrival, twice via email, and twice via chat.) The other half of the order is still missing and no updated tracking has been provided in the full well since a legal representative of this company stated they would call me with the information for that specific issue out of many. This did not happen, nor has it been resolved in the 6 phone calls, 5 emails, or numerous chats via the website that phone representatives acknowledged receiving. Company refuses to adhere to their advertised 100% satisfaction garuantee, as they are only offering 50% of a new order in the future, after gross mistreatment by, and false statements from, numerous representatives. Company is refusing to refund any of the 270.00 dollars paid to them based on misleading and inaccurate information they provided, for completely unusable and defective or missing products, as well as what could be considered blatant abuse to costumer by multiple representatives. The company's refusal to fulfill their advertised garuantees that were the sole basis in making this purchase and ongoing detraction of time and medical management has caused me extensive and undue hardship, as well as a known loss of income for my business due to unusable product the purchase was made for on a deadline, as fully known to the company prior to today.

Worst customer service and service period. Placed my order 12/10/24 contacted numerous times for an auto reply ^working on my order^ backlog of material. Etc. 2 months later still waiting 2/6/25. How many calendars were made since then?. None in assuming with a 90% rating making all orders sent by xmas. That didn't happen. Now we in Feb. Still nothing. Horrible. Don't use them. Purchased off Groupon and sent them nasty review aswell. Not to use them on thier site

Still has not received my order. No update, no news. So frustrating…. I am afraid now what they will send after taking so much time. I paid 50% more so that my order is handled urgently. So lame service. Tricked, lied, manipulated me by promising the service you don’t deliver.

I spent nearly $200 on a photo album for my uncle’s 60th birthday to be presented to him at his birthday party. The website said rush shipping would get it here by today. I even paid the extra money to put it at the front of the cue. So, I paid like $60 to have it here on time and as of today it isn’t even completed, let alone shipped and the customer service agent asked for a screenshot of where it said it could arrive by the 6th… which I didn’t think I needed to take and despite how much I paid, it doesn’t say the delivery date on the order confirmation. Such deceptive marketing. Complete lies. Now it is too late to get anything else. Terrible service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

My item was not shipped to the right place no communication with me on why it was not shipped to the right place win I called they tell me the same thing now I have to wait 2 weeks for me to get my item and I still haven’t got any confirmation on when I am supposed to receive my item no tracking number or nothing I think it’s very unprofessional and I am very unhappy

My order 64533546 has never arrived and it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I have sent 2 emails with my last one requesting cancel and refund. No reply so now thinking I should report this business as a fraud swindler. You have 1 day to send me a reply with refund or ship confirmation (2/7/25). Jeff Update (2/20/25) Despite what was posted below, no person from Printerpix has contacted me re my order or refund. This company is not to be trusted IMO.

I wasn't able to use a voucher that I had purchased. I sent an email to Printerpix explaining the problem. Tia Johnson responded back and helped me solve the problem quickly and effectively.

Quality of products are terrible and a total waste of money. Calendars bought fell to pieces and pictures were poorly printed. When a i complained to customer services, they ignored me and now I’ve been waiting for over one month for a reply.

It was a little hard to figure out how to put the pics where they needed to go but once I figured it out it was a piece of cake. Also reasonable pricing for what was purchased. Cannot wait to see the fi al product.

I just had the worst experience with Printerpix that I’ve ever had with any company. In November 2024, I ordered a book with pictures. In December 2024, I received a covered book with the pages backwards & upside down. In January 2025, I contacted customer service (Tia Johnson). After numerous emails from her, requesting photos, the invoice, & a video (which I provided), I receive an email stating that they can’t help me because my complaint was placed over a month after I received the book. She had me jump through all those hoops for nothing.

I have written to yourselves regarding missing items from my order several times and still have had no response, my most recent communication was 10/01/25… at this point I am furious! Please see below my previous review …. * 10 Jan 2025 SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO PHOTOBOX If there was a way to leave zero stars then I would!! Ordered two personalised mugs for a couple for Christmas, the 'order' only just arrived on time.. but sadly they only sent one and when contacting customer services all they did was say that the order had been sent... clearly not listening to the fact that I told them that one arrived and one was missing. And when I have told them that they have misunderstood what I was saying they have just blanked and ghosted me!! Shocking customer service!!! I want a refund or the other mug sent out! Shame they don't have a contact telephone number because I would love to verbally give them a piece of my mind!!! SHOCKING COMPANY!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I WANT MY MONEY ВАСK... Ordered 2 small canvasses with 4cm thickness but I received them with the standard 2cm thickness. I complained and they sent replacements out but having just received them today they have yet again sent the standard thickness. It’s laughable. From complaining it took over a week to receive the replacements, for them to be wrong again is a joke.

Le 4 décembre j'ai fait une commande sur printerpix C'était un cadeau pour Noël, aujourd'hui on est le 5 février, j'ai jamais reçu la commande, Le service d'assistance ne répond pas aux demandes Après la réponse du vendeur : Il s'agit du message standard sur truspilot, ils ne répondent pas vraiment.

Product ordered in December and extra paid for expedited delivery to arrive as a Christmas gift. It’s February and product is not here. Customer service has been awful. Took them over a month to reply. They tried blaming the carrier, but it clearly states on the carriers website that they have not received the product. Continued to say it was the carriers fault for not updating the website. Eventually agreed to a refund (still pending), however responses are always robotic (AI generated) and no concern over keeping a customer base. No research into whether they actually made the product. I would not use, it’s a waste of time. Went to snap fish and they charge half the price and got here within a day!
