Do not give this company your money. Absolute disgrace of a company. Order parcel weeks ago, said I would recieve withing 10 days including the production of what I ordered. Emailed them to say still not recieved it and absolutely nothing back. I have reported to trading standards and if enough of us report our bad experience with this company they will do something about it. Should not be trading. Absolute scam of a company. Avoid.

Stay clear of this company. Non existent customer service. Item arrived damaged 23/12 so was a ruined Christmas present. Emailed 4 times in January for a refund, no answer. 8th February now and still no answer. Receive non stop marketing emails but no one can reply to emails. Terrible company Refund my money UPDATE!!!!! 3 days after getting a response on this review, still nobody has reached out. SCAM stay away from this company

Absolte joke ,Joey from printerpix had commented on 7 reviews I have left about my poor service and the lack/ no response to my e mails about my poor quality photo blanket that was meant to bring me comfort after losing my cat . It's been over a month now and no resolution. I have said on here several times ,joey responds on here but no one responds to my emails that include order number ,email address and several photos of the awful quality of the blanket . I said these responses on here from Joey are not genuine and he's just proved it In the last review ... He has told me to e mail the resolutions e mail address .. errrr hello Joey . I have done that SEVERAL times already . Your responses on here are a joke . How many times are you going to say you are getting this resolved and that your team will reach out to me n it's NOT happening ,you have now gone back to square one asking me to email !!! You have had so many e mails and photos etc yet you do nothing . DO NOT buy from this company .the positive reviews must be fake . Nothing gets done . No resolution no support just lots of trust pilot responses to make out they deal with complaints and issue

Site à fuir …. Voleurs. Si il y avait moyen de ne pas mettre d’étoiles je le ferais. 12 décembre, je réalise deux toiles pour la Noël de mon papa. En ce 8 février, après des dizaines de mails avec réponse et des sans réponses, je n’ai toujours pas reçu mes toiles . J’ai perdu mon temps, mon coli et mon argent. Je ne recommanderais plus jamais.

I bought a Groupon coupon for me and my granddaughters to make special mugs. Printerpix made it easy. This was the first time my granddaughters ever made photo gifts and they really enjoyed the experience. The mugs were printed and arrived so quickly! They look great! Thanks Printerpix!!

The amount of time between my submitting copy and you're sending it out to be mailed was unacceptable. At the same time I submitted calendars with you I requested same calendars from 2 other companies and they got my copy out within 1/3 of the time and much better communication!

Ho ordinato a dicembre 2024 n. 3 calendari che sarebbero dovuti arrivare prima di Natale. L'ordine invece è arrivato dopo Natale e con solo UN calendario. Ho scritto 5 volte all'assistenza e non ho MAI ricevuto alcuna risposta nè i calendari mancanti. Pessimi...

Hice un pedido de 2 calendarios y después de más de un mes ( sin cumplir con la fecha de entrega, que era 4-5 días) uno de ellos llega sin ninguna foto de los días del mes, Nada que ver con el pedido que hice. Unfortunately, they only reply to easy to handle customer complaints. My order has yet to arrive and I have ordered it more than a month ago... I have sent numerous emails and yet none have been replied to (only the first one which I asked for an update on my purchase). I even purchased for a faster delivery! Seems like they just took my money and didnt even bother creating the product

Your shipping costs are deceitful! But you know that already and the customer service that I received was manipulative and a bit condescending. I was looking to have a respectful conversation and show evidence of being over charged $16 but the customer service representative was not interested in listening to me, forcing me to file a dispute with my bank. I’m afraid my business with Printerpix has concluded!

Framed picture ordered, item delivered and the product looked nothing like the preview given online when purchasing. Image printed off centre and one side virtually touching the frame. I work as a web designer (so am used to assessing the accuracy/correct positioning of imagery) and I ensured the picture supplied was 100% aligned. I have screenshots to support this. I raised a claim to return the item immediately, no response after chasing twice and PayPal ruled against my claim because more than 30 days had elapsed since the delivery just before Christmas despite chasing throughout January and the PayPal app stating that I had until June to complain. £65 out of pocket with a picture I cannot hang on our wall. I would avoid this company at all costs. Also, I would not advise waiting for a response from them. Raise a case with PayPal or your card provider immediately if you have an issue. Printerpix - I will use every platform available to me to warn others of your business practices.

Terrible company! I bought 2 books with 20 pages each. They were gifts for my nieces. The books came with 30 pages, 4 blank pages in front of the book and 6 blank white pages in the back. It looks horrible. I spent hours on these books and spent an additional 17.99 just on shipping. I called an then recieved an email telling me to send pictures of the blank pages. I did, Then she wanted a video, which I sent. But it was too big and she could not open it. It was 2 days of going back and forth. Her first response was we will replace them after the video. Then she said they added the extra blank pages to protect the book during shipping. I told her I could not give those books away like that. Then she said they put the extra pages in there for safety as per their standards. Pure nonsense! I have ordered through other companies before and never had these issues. They would not replace my books!
