Ordered my item on the 14th January and paid £9.99 for delivery plus another £3.99 for rush delivery to be delivered as stated before or on 20th January. My delivery did not arrive until 24th Jan. I have contacted your agents and spoke to Helen, Mekil and another person via email asking to refund my delivery charge. Coincidentally, no one responds.

United Kingdom | 31 January 2025I have previously used Printerpix with no issues, however this time has been a complete disaster and has felt like an absolute scam. I placed an order on the 6th November, got an email to say it was sent on the 8th November and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER. I have reached out on countless occasions, raising tickets, sending emails, even messaging them on their socials and still have not gotten anywhere. I got told my order had been posted and was with Royal Mail, however when I track it, it says they are still waiting on the order from Printerpix. Someone called Jake told me they would resend my order in December, however it's now the end of January and I am yet to receive it. I am also yet to receive any sort of update or response from "Jake" despite emailing several times. On another recent occasion when I reached out I got a "confirmation" that my order had been delivered by Evri on the 10th November, not sure how Evri delivered it then when I initially got Royal Mail tracking? And when I track it with Evri, they can't give me any further information other than it was delivered because the postcode I'm entering is incorrect, even though I'm using the postcode that was entered for the shipping! I then saw on here that they were giving out a resolutions email address, so I have emailed them with all the evidence of my interactions with the company (or lack there of given they are ghosting me) and I still haven't had anything back. I would absolutely not recommend using this company, it is a joke and a scam!! **UPDATE** After receiving the below response from printerpix I was somewhat hopeful that my issue would be resolved and that was my mistake! Still no response or follow up! At this point I should just accept that I won't be getting my order or a refund!! Absolute joke!!!

United Kingdom | 31 January 2025Ordered 2 calendars only 1 sent - which all the spiral hanger was broken. Emailed printerpix - no response. Re ordered as Christmas presents and wanted them to arrive in time. New order arrived and was fine. Emailed printerpix again - no response. Got PayPal involved. Printerpix delayed refund by requesting the damaged calendar was sent back to them - AT A FRENCH ADDRESS!!! Cost me £12. As had to be tracked. Why they wanted a damaged calendar back with my family photos on is beyond me. I offered to destroy the calendar and send them evidence of this - but they were adamant they wanted the calendar returned. I have received a refund today - only because I paid through PayPal. Shockingly, rubbish service - considering they advertise an offer a ‘money back guarantee’ I’d avoid and use a different company for personalised printing.

When I replied asking for a refund (only for the expedited shipping amount), I never received a response. I’ve reached out 5 additional times; they’ve completely ghosted me.

United States | 30 January 2025I received my order of three books and soon discovered upon opening that all three were damaged with a crushed corner on the lower spine of each book. I contacted Printerpix with photographs of the damage. Within one day I was contacted by Tia Johnson at Printpix with an sincere apology and a promise that my books would be reprinted and shipped asap. They Arrived today, one week later! Thank you !

Printerpix issued a UPS tracking number on December 13th (Tracking: 803579834825850902), but UPS still doesn’t have the package—it’s just sitting in limbo with an “Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the package” message. To make matters worse, Printerpix refuses to respond to emails, and they have NO customer service phone number. How is that even acceptable for a company selling products during the holidays? This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable! I would not recommend ordering from them unless you enjoy frustration and disappointment. Buyer beware!

Spoken to someone on an online chat who advised me replacement photos would be sent but not in time for Christmas, left it 2 weeks into the new year and tried to speak to someone in the online chat, but no real person - just a bot! Even though it states on their website '24/7 Support - Real people, not bots'. Couldn't be any further from the truth! Opened up a number of enquires via email and not once received an email back! Shocking, as this was a Christmas present, and it's now become something I need to chase everyday! Wouldn't recommend this company for your prints!

They email you back with a Ticket number so it seems they will do something. Its been nearly 2 months and they have done NOTHING. They owe me £24.99.

Als ich eine Bestellung stornieren wollte stellte ich fest das es nicht möglich ist dies einfach so zu tun. Also kontaktierte schrieb ich an die angegebene Email erhielt jedoch bis dato keine Antwort. Darauf hin entschloss ich mich in England UK anzurufen und nach zu fragen, diese stellten sich quer da ich nicht innerhalb der voergebenen 24h die Bestellung storniert hatte wie in den AGBs erwähnt. Daraufhin erklärte ich dem Herren am Telefon das es in deutschland per Gesetz klar definiert und für jeden Kunden sichtbar sein muss wie man eine Bestellung storniert. Davon wollten sie aber nichts wissen und wollte mich mit einem Gutschein loswerden. Lieber Finger von dieser Firma.

I want a refund or a new shipment.it's the second time.impossible to receive assistance. contact pages do not exist, fb and email do not respond.it's a rip-off i filing a complaint. UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!................. the package still 02/07/2025 has not yet been delivered to DHL. absurd. I ask for a refund to proceed with purchasing elsewhere.

United States | 29 January 2025I originally ordered a photo but was way too big for the cell phone photo I took and after placing the order, I knew it was going to pixelate and not look right. I reached out and Metal Stephen got back to me and was able to cancel my order. I ordered another, smaller photo that wouldn’t pixelate as much and he was able to process a refund of the difference. I haven’t received my photo yet, but I am a repeat customer and their prints are legit!

Germany | 29 January 2025Die bestellte Ware kam zwar an aber leider hatte die Decke einen unübersehbaren Fehler bei der Naht. Für diesen Preis nicht gerechtfertigt zudem war die Decke ein Geschenk. Also habe ich den Support kontaktiert und um einen kleinen Preisnachlass gebeten, was völlig gerechtfertigt wäre. Nach 3 Kontaktversuchen immer noch keinerlei Reaktion. Das finde ich mehr als unprofessionell, besonders wenn man damit wirbt einen tollen Kundenservice zu besitzen. Ich rate daher von Printerpix ab: es gibt weitaus bessere Anbieter (unter anderem auch mit Sitz in Deutschland - anders als Printerpix, was mir beim Bestellvorgang nicht bewusst war). Ich werde dort nicht mehr bestellen.
