The picture was stretched when printed, instead of printing in landscape view, it was printed in portrait. This was our first wedding picture that we wanted to hang but unfortunately we cannot do that any longer plus we lost our money.

I emailed customer service twice - once when I was told it would be delayed (to cancel the order), and again to request a partial refund (at least for the very expensive postage). No response.

Germany | 10 February 2025Ich kann nur sagen Hände weg…… Habe vor Weihnachten ein Bild bestellt ( sollte ein Weihnachtsgeschenk werden) hat mir überhaupt nicht gefallen, ich habe versucht einen Rücksendeschein zubekommen, Fehlanzeige, nach Dutzenden Mail ohne Antwort, habe ich es auf eigene Kosten mit Empfangsnachweis zurückgeschickt. Klarna hat mit Inkasso gedroht, darauf habe ich die 72,00 Euro bezahlt. Printerpix hat mir mitgeteilt, dass sie sich darum kümmern werden, nichts ist passiert. Ich habe bezahlt, keine Bilder und bin der Betrogene. Nie wieder, ich kann nur raten, bestellen sie nichts bei dieser Firma. U.K.

United States | 10 February 2025I was hoping to receive my order by Valentines day. I ordered January 29th. The website claims to have real people, not robots to respond to customers but all of my questions were responded by AI and did not answer my questions. The website says you can get Valenyines orders as long as you order by February 7th but my order hasn't even been finished or shipped. I am extremely disappointed. If I do not receive my order soon I will report fraud to my credit card company since I have been charged over a hundred dollars for an order that I have not received in anywhere near the estimated time window.

Ma commande s’était a priori « perdue » lors de la première expédition (tracking DHL bloqué). Ils ont relancé une commande mais absolument pas prioritaire. Délais annoncés plus longs que pour ma commande initiale. De plus, qualité très moyenne donc à éviter absolument !

United States | 09 February 20252/22/2025 Update - I received my calendars! They came out well and I enjoyed customizing them. The price was very reasonable. My only complaint besides the delay in shipping is that there was a photo I changed in the calendars right before I ordered them, and when I received the calendars, some of them had the old photo, and some had the new photo. I'm still waiting for my order. It's taking longer than estimated from PrinterPix. It hasn't even shipped yet, and I ordered the calendars 8 days ago. How can you ask me to rate the product when I haven't even received the product yet? Once I receive it, I may change my review.

United States | 08 February 2025I didn’t know that Printerpix deletes your projects after 6 months. I discovered this when I tried to place another order and the project (a spiral bound book) was missing from my account. I tried using the customer service page to notify Printerpix of the problem but the system had me going in circles. The only way I finally resolved the problem is that I had a direct email address for the person I did the bulk order with before and they resolved the problem for me promptly and I was able to place another order and my project is back in my account. I would give that person 5 stars for customer service.
