United States | 23 December 2024I sent multiple request to cancel an order. Had to call twice and got the same woman who first told me that they would call me back. Never got a call back so had to call again and had the same woman. Every time I tried to explain something, she would interrupt me. She told me that my order was cancelled and I would receive a refund in 2 weeks. I still haven't received an order cancellation email and my order says it is still pending and I have no record stating that I will be receiving a refund. Very disappointed with this service and I will not be ordering from here again.
