They gave me a shipping date that has come and gone and I still don't have what I ordered on 12-23-24

It was easy to make the calendars. However I ordered them in early December - I think December 4 as Xmas presents. It is now Dec 23rd and I have not received them.

Such a difficult experience with conflicting information and no way to reach anyone quickly to to get assistance

Great outcome and fast shipping! I ordered a customized blanket and got it two days later during the holidays!!

Was told it would arrive by Xmas upon order. Received email stating order had shipped, 4 days later carrier says they have still not received. Creating a shipping label is not the same as shipping.

Missing item. Will not answer. And spend $50 for fast shipping and have yet to receive it. 3 days late!!!

Ordered metal prints. Received 0.015" thick metal foils, with bends, creases, scratches and terrible color. Completely reflective - like distorted mirrors. Customer service initially promised replacements but never delivered and stopped responding. $200 down the drain. This company is a scam and thieves.

TERRIBLE! Poor customer service and completely false advertising - DO NOT USE! All conditions on website state order by 18th December for Xmas delivery- here we are on 23rd December and order is still ‘in production’. Can’t get hold of a real person, sent around in circles and now £300 worth of orders now redundant, as will miss Christmas delivery. Spent 6 hours on live chat with a robot and all human agents failed to respond, sent multiple emails to all tell me my order is in production, after wanting to file a head office complaint. Hopefully; this is compelling enough to warrant a response!! Somebody help me!

Didn't have no problems making my order and designing it

My order took much longer to come than expected. I ordered on 12/6 and it is 12/23 and I still have not received it.

Ordered Christmas cards during Black Friday Sale. Only crickets and AI chatter back when attempting to contact the company regarding the order, and after weeks of frustration trying to get an order cancellation and "guaranteed refund". Will never use again.

However, yesterday I received an email stating that it’s been sent and I don’t want it and it was too expensive and I tried to cancel it, but for some reason, nobody ever responds

It was fun and easy to do my project. I’m very excited to receive the blanket I made for my son and I think he will love it!

The product itself is great! It turned out exactly as I had hoped. The shipping process took longer than estimated which is fine, but I wish this was communicated to me instead of just me thinking it wasn’t coming. But overall it was great!
