Nessuno dei miei due ordini e' stato consegnato. Il servizio contattato continua a promettere risposte e soluzioni, ma nulla avviene. Nel frattempo ho sospeso il pagamento, nella speranza che qualcosa succeda. ma nente. Vergogna!

United States | 14 February 2025I was a like upset that my order showed shipping to be $14.99, which was already pretty high in my opinion, so I went ahead and bought a Groupon for my order but as soon as I entered my Groupon redemption code in at checkout the shipping immediately jumped to $34.99! Which is outrageous to me and I don’t think that was very fair. I definitely would not have bought the Groupon and ordered from this site had I known shipping would be so much.

United States | 14 February 2025Quality of the metal prints was poor and when I opened a support ticket in early January, I still haven’t heard back from anyone, except for the auto-reply that they had opened a support ticket. Today is Feb 13, 2025 and I still haven’t received a reply back I also decided to take a look on Facebook to see if PrinterPix support was represented. What I did find were entire groups focused on the poor customer experience and lack of support for PrinterPix. Update as of 02/15/25: I received a reply from customer service: “ Regarding your recent order, we've reviewed the situation and can confirm that the product you received is indeed the same design you ordered. Since this is a personalized item featuring your pictures, a refund is not possible, as the product has been custom-made to your specifications.” ——> Following this logic since they are in the business of printing photos on all sorts of materials, then everything they do is “personalized” which makes their advertised guarantee not much of a guarantee. “ 100% Satisfaction Guarantee We know how much your photos mean to you. That's why we promise to stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you aren’t fully satisfied with your order, we’ll give you your money back – no questions asked.”

Chased on 22 Jan 25 as had no reply, no reply even when emailing the business. Glad I paid on a Credit card.

J' ai bien reçu la confirmation de ma commande mais depuis malgré des relances par mail pas de réponse ou réponse automatique et maintenant boîte pleine refus des messages. Ils ne prennent vraiment pas en considération les clients.

Can confirm again - no reply! Obviously just trying to look like they are doing the right thing. Absolute jokers. Avoid!

United States | 13 February 2025Photo book software is janky. You must start and finish in one visit. There is no saving and finish later. Tried that several times. It just doesn’t save. Start over each time. Very frustrating when you put in a lot of work and then it’s wasted effort.

United States | 13 February 2025I hadn't heard of printerpix until I clicked on a sale price through a Google search I made. Glad I did! From start to finish, the entire process was simple and quick. The website was easy to navigate, and I received my order within a week. If you're not familiar with ordering custom calendars, that's pretty darn fast! I am satisfied with everything, for the most part. However, I feel there could be improvement in the available options for framing, borders, cutouts, etc. They aren't bad, just a little boring. Also, it was a bit tricky trying to track my order. I was redirected a couple different times, but thankfully it was fast enough that I didn't have time to get too worried.
