Online journey errors right, left and centre. I clicked pay. Second time I have bought from superfi and second time I have struggled to actually buy the product. Pay options are not great. Try using stripe or PayPal aggregator.

Appalling. I ordered an ‘In Stock’ product but they had oversold it and didn’t, wrote a bad review weeks later they provide a completely false reply telling me that I ordered am out stock and I was aware. Superfi should be banned from Trust Pilot

Purchased a QED Power lead. Wasnt happy with the overall sound it gave to my system. Called superfi, Anthony Kemp was really happy to help and explained the return procedure. I was fully refunded the moment superfi received my order back. Superb value and customer service. Definitely recommend.

Still waiting to receive goods over a week after placing order despite choosing next day delivery. Never received confirmation email so had to chase up company myself to check order had been placed. No tracking order on delivery email so, again, having to chase up the company myself to check everything is okay with the order. The staff have been easy to get hold of via the webchat on their site but I'm still waiting on info of what has happened to my order.

Great place to buy hifi. Customer support was first class when making my recent purchase. The price was excellent and the delivery speed really impressive. I would recommend Superfi (Nottingham hifi centre) without hesitation.

Superfi were brilliant for me, I believe it was Anthony who delt with me. They got a Optoma UHD42 projector when no other place could and other companies like projector point said they were unavailable even from Optoma direct with no lead in time. Anthony kept me up to date every step of the way, the projector arrived exactly when they said it would. Optoma made a mistake with something not being included in the box, again Anothony sorted this and it arrived in a timely mannor

I ordered a new needle/stylus for my turntable just before 5pm, as my current one had bitten the dust a little earlier in the day, by 10.30am the next day my new needle/stylus was delivered! Really impressed with the speed from order to delivery, less than a day. As a huge music fan and record collector, not having to go long at all before I could listen to my records again was brilliant.
