Bought an open box, Pioneer music streamer from the website, no mention of any issues in the listing. When it arrived the top plate was very badly scratched, it looked as if it had been dragged across a concrete floor. I won't be using Superfi again.

Would have given 5 stars if they had let me know what was happening to half my order which didnt arrive with the first half. I had to chase them. Chris in technical went above and beyond though with responses within 24 hours and personally helped.

At the time Superfi had very good pricing and free next day delivery by Parcelforce. Goods seemed to be genuinely new and not customer returns. I've tested most functions and all work very well. My only critisism is that the orginal manufacturers box was not concealed, a sheet of brown paper would have been sufficient.
