Contacted Amazon Pay to ask them to try and contact, then heard they've went into administration and the website is offline.

When I first emailed them to ask about the delay, they got back fairly promptly to say that the suppliers weren't replying to their messages and suggested I choose something else. However, as I had already received the smaller part of my order (that specifically goes with the other item) and didn't want to send something back, I replied that I would prefer to wait yet I wanted some estimate of what the delay might be like. I did not get a reply to this message. I emailed again on Monday and still no reply. Originally when I purchased my item, it listed the product as available 2-3 days and I qualified for free next day delivery. It has now been 10 days and still no sign. It would be nice to get an update. I cannot comment on the rest of the service as I have not yet received my main item.
