Ordered an Onkyo Amp specifically because of the next day delivery towards the end of November 2018, I booked the day off work and waited for an Amp that was never going to come, I keep trying to find out where it is by calling customer service and they fail to inform me they don't even have the item in stock, after quite a few calls and them promising it was due to come soon I get the information that it could be January 2019. Awful service - a waste of my time and they showed no sign of wanting to right their wrongs.

Very efficient with the order and quick with the delivery. Unfortunately, I had to return my purchase and this was slightly problematic. It was difficult to resolve on the phone so emails took over which meant time lost and therefore inconvenience experienced. It was all sorted to my satisfaction however.

I purchased this to replace a 20 year old Yamaha amplifier that I had not connected for some years as I had recently bought a turntable and some vinyl. The amplifier was playing on only one speaker so I bought this to get the separates system going again and it sounds great with my new turntable, CD player and Tuner ( my cassette deck does not work either but not bothered about tapes). My only criticism is the build quality, the metal is thinner than the old one which was about the same price back in the 90s, maybe they don't build em like they used to.

This was my 2nd purchase from Superfi and a delight to buy from, my Tibo amp and CD player was delivered the next day and very well packed.
