Superfi were great , product dispatched on time etc and alerts on email work really well, ParcelForce were nightmare, didn’t deliver on the day their tracker said they would, driven then took it back to depot and flagged ‘customer requested new delivery time’ , when I hadn’t . Then no customer service over weekend. Took 3 calls to get them to reschedule.. always promising to ring back, but never doing so.

Ordered Sony WH-CH700N headphones on 20th December. They were shown as "available" and delivered in 3-5 days. I was even able to select next day delivery at checkout! Great. It is now seven working days (and 9 postal days) later, and they are still "awaiting stock", and have now listed the item as out of stock on their website and bumped the price up by £20. They never thought to even bother telling me this. I see there is another Trustpilot review from somebody else who had ordered the same item and had the same problem.

Given this purchase was in the heart of pre Christmas sales, dispatch was amazingly fast - we had it in a few days. Item arrived as ordered and was great value. Thank you for a first class service at a busy period.

i bought the sony wh-ch700n as this was the only place that had the blue variation in stock at the time and happened to be the cheapest as in the sale they were £79.00. i ordered these on 27/12/2018 after 4:30 so i thought 3-5 days would be the 30th of December at the latest. I waited until the 31st when i checked the tracking details. i then found out they were still awaiting stock but even now it says that they are available to buy still. very disappointed with my overall first time buying from Superfi
