I was told there are no more if the item in stock. After the phone call I tried the website several times again, found the item available for purchase and bought it. I received an invoice email shortly afterwards, which was good. Subsequently, I heard no more and a week later I sent an enquiring email which was ignored. Another email two days later was acknowledged, told a delivery was expected soon. Within a week, the money was taken from my account and shortly afterwards the item was delivered. Altogether a mixed experience.

Unfortunately the unit had a fault but I still give Superfi 5* because of the way they dealt with the issue. A collection date was booked and the unit collected, assessed and my money returned within a couple of days. That might sound like a minimum expectation, but in my experience, that's not always the case. I'd definitely buy from them again.

United Kingdom | 04 December 2018Straight forward site to use. My only complaint being when I went onto the checkout, mailing was initially shown as free, but then changed to show 3.99 for mailing. I have no objections to paying for postage, it is just that it doesn’t look good and can be confusing when you have two different totals shown on two pages. I had to go back and check where the extra money was being added. It would be better for it to default to the 3.99 rather than 0.00. Hence the 4 rather than 5 star rating.

United Kingdom | 03 December 2018Absolute rubbish, ordered a projector which said 2-3 days delivery. Called after a few days and checked and was told they hadn't even ordered it from Optoma. Someone promised to call me straight back, they didn't so I had to call back a few days later and then they said they had no idea when it would be arriving. Website still stated 2-3 days delivery for the same product. Last time Ill use these guys again.

Found out on tracking site. Hoping to collect tonight a week after order was placed if they will let me since I don't have a card!
