Excellent price for the item advertised. Unfortunately it was a painful buying experience. The website was so slow I phoned the Birmingham branch. I was told there are no more if the item in stock. After the phone call I tried the website several times again, found the item available for purchase and bought it. I received an invoice email shortly afterwards, which was good. Subsequently, I heard no more and a week later I sent an enquiring email which was ignored. Another email two days later was acknowledged, told a delivery was expected soon. Within a week, the money was taken from my account and shortly afterwards the item was delivered. Altogether a mixed experience.

I bought a Yamaha RN303D from Superfi. The purchase process was nice and simple. Unfortunately the unit had a fault but I still give Superfi 5* because of the way they dealt with the issue. A collection date was booked and the unit collected, assessed and my money returned within a couple of days. That might sound like a minimum expectation, but in my experience, that's not always the case. I'd definitely buy from them again.

Dealt with this company about 10 years ago I was pleased then Im even more pleased now sent them a curved ball in my choice of hifi equipments colour no stock as I expected given my choices and I fully expected too wait but these guys sourced the equipment in record time many thanks Superfi 1st class service

Ordered Thursday lunchtime delivered Friday before lunchtime I’d say that’s perfect . Communication was good and I’m over the moon with my purchase. Will not hesitate to use Superfi again 👍😎

First time purchase. Price was competitive. Delivery was reasonably timed. Item delivered as expected.

Straight forward site to use. My only complaint being when I went onto the checkout, mailing was initially shown as free, but then changed to show 3.99 for mailing. I have no objections to paying for postage, it is just that it doesn’t look good and can be confusing when you have two different totals shown on two pages. I had to go back and check where the extra money was being added. It would be better for it to default to the 3.99 rather than 0.00. Hence the 4 rather than 5 star rating.

The transaction was perfunctory and the item I ordered was as expected.

Absolute rubbish, ordered a projector which said 2-3 days delivery. Called after a few days and checked and was told they hadn't even ordered it from Optoma. Someone promised to call me straight back, they didn't so I had to call back a few days later and then they said they had no idea when it would be arriving. Website still stated 2-3 days delivery for the same product. Last time Ill use these guys again.

Ordered a Pioneer AV Receiver. It was described as 'open box' and heavily discounted so I had reservations. However it arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Excellent.

Superfi it was easy to order the item I needed the process was fast and good and the delivery was very quick I would use them again .

No problem with site or making purchase but parcel force delivery was incompetent at best. No card to tell me it had been left at post office. Found out on tracking site. Hoping to collect tonight a week after order was placed if they will let me since I don't have a card!

The website does say 3-5 days and although there is a delay I have been updated and kept fully informed. I would like to Thank Julie, your customer communication is excellent by the way, most kept in the loop of any retailer I've dealt with.
