United Kingdom | 17 December 2018I have sent my Denon x2300w for repair with Superfi on 15 October 2018. That is more than two months ago! Superfi informed me that they sent it to Denon service department for repair. When I received my device back, as soon as I unpacked it, I found out both wifi antennas were broken! I immediately contacted Superfi and sent it back again to repair the damage caused to my AVR. Finally, my receiver was delivered back to me on 30th November. However, after setting up and using the receiver, it produced the same fault as before! I requested from Superfi to replace the receiver since the service department not only failed to fix the problem, but it managed to damage my receiver in the process (even though this damage seems to have been repaired later). They are claiming that they requested from Denon a replacement unit, but it is up to Denon and they cannot do anything. I know that I bought from Superfi and my contract is with them! They just seem to try to avoid that responsibility.

This was not made clear at the time of purchase. Would like to see a clearer indication of the waiting time in future if I was to make another purchase.

Item wasn't it stock but the arranged it quickly to come in and it was dispatched thereafter. After dispatch, I received the Blu ray player, however the AV receiver got lost because of parcel force. So in a panic i contacted Julie, the sales advisor, and she quickly got another one ordered from my from Sony, and had it sent to my this week. It arrived today via DPD, and I have to say, even though there were issues in this transaction, Superfi were not at fault, and Julie handled everything for me brilliantly. Top company, very friendly staff. I'm really happy with the products received. Will be back here again very soon!

They advised me after about three days that there was a delivery problem, that they were phoning the company every two days but could not promise when the product would come into stock. As a result, I was able to order an alternative which was in stock, and transfer my Cyber Monday discount to the new order. This was done on Friday, and the product arrived, as promised, on Monday. Excellent communication, and friendly helpful customer service. A very positive experience.

United Kingdom | 11 December 2018Ordered on the 28th November a 5.1 system that was in stock with free next day delivery, It didnt arrive so I emailed them on the 1st December but I didnt get a reply until the 3rd December which said there had been a problem with there system and to there credit they sent one out that day and I received it the very next day the 4th December. This is my first time ordering from here and I only did so because of the free next day delivery, my 5.1 had died and I wanted a replacement fast, I could of ordered it from elsewhere and got it quicker, they messed up and offered up no compensation at all, I wont be ordering from them again.

United Kingdom | 10 December 2018I ordered a set of ONKYO speakers on 7th October and when I chased up delivery was told they were out of stock and wouldn't be available until 15th November. I decided to wait. I finally received them on 2nd December. I then thought it would be easier to buy a pair of speaker brackets from Superfi as they would know what I'd purchased. I asked the internet sales team to recommend a pair to match the speakers I had bought. They recommended a pair, which I ordered. The recommended brackets then turned out to be too big and when I chased this up was told that Superfi don't stock brackets to match the speakers that I purchased - if the original guy had been honest in the first place it would have saved me the postage and more aggravation to return the incorrect brackets!
