Really nice and friendly service.

Having placed my order in good faith. Then I was informed that it is on back order as they have none in the country this was not made clear on their web page.Despite the web page saying next working day delivery. I then had the money taken from my account 3 weeks before I received my order.

Im happy with the item I bought but the delivery was rubbish as I requested the item to be delivered after 17:15 and they tried to deliver it at 13:08 which led me to have to go the depot in Appleton for it so I was not happy

Ordered on a Sunday, arrived on a Tuesday. No damage and in perfect condition. Extremely Happy with purchase and Superfi...I say this as I ordered this "receiver" from "Seven Oaks" and it arrived damaged and almost looked used! Returned to them and bought from Superfi which I should have done in the first place as always zero hassle from them. Well done Superfi will not stray from you again ! :-)

Excellent service from The Nottingham shop, who went out of their way to get my item to me despite the delivery people messing about and not delivering as promised. Superfi even honoured a price reduction that happened whilst item was still in transit which put a big smile on my face, can't get much better than that. Commication via the shop was excellent and the staff super helpful.

I was going to give 4 stars until I read what it meant - great!. My experience wasn't exactly great but was ok, although the price was good. I ordered online on the Monday (which advertised next day delivery) and requested delivery on the Wednesday, arranging to stay in all day for it as it was much needed for a service that evening. I then received an email later on Wednesday to say it would be delivered Thursday!! Obviously I was not happy a) because I had wasted a day waiting in for it and b) The church had no music for their service. Had it been for myself and/or I had to stay in anyway it might not have been so disappointing but I think I should have been informed when placing my order that it would not be delivered when I needed it. There is probably small print somewhere to say they are not responsible but it wasn't even despatched until the Wednesday.

The product arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, part of the package was missing. Once informed superfi rectified the issue without dispute and in good time.

Have used Superfi previously. I believe the Leeds branch closed which gave me a minor reason for concern in relation to making my purchase given trading conditions today, however on calling Superfi the phone was answered quickly, the person who answered the phone in my opinion had good knowledge of the product I wished to purchase for personal use. I found this much better than a national high street / online company I have used many many times for years who can keep you on hold if they actually answer the phone or manage to return a call.. Overall very good service, very fast delivery and Iam very happy with my purchase. Many Thanks to the lady I spoke to for the help and advise.
