Sometimes it might take them 24 hours to get back to you but usually it's much quicker than that. ANNKE has highly knowledgeable representatives that are also friendly. ANNKE has competent technical support as well. The reason I give 4 stars and not 5 stars is because my HDD camera system sometimes just REBOOTS out of nowhere and I lose several minutes of video. I contacted customer support about that a year ago and they told me it could be the HDD or the power supply. I installed a much larger HDD that I purchased from ANNKE however the system still does this occasionally. It's not a deal breaker though. The system otherwise runs great. The cameras are good quality. The customer service is great as mentioned. If my system didn't REBOOT like that I would have given 5 stars.

United States | 21 September 2024We bought a DVR and cameras to put up at our elderly parent’s house that is offline. I had previously disabled the password feature when setting it up. After losing power for several days, we were locked out and I could not find a password. I followed the instructions in the manual and sent off a request to reset the password. Annke responded in a timely manner and I was able to get logged in. Thank you for being respectful and professional with your response. We currently have three systems set up for us and our family. United States | 18 September 2024I'm sure it was probably just as frustrating to the tech to help me (who knows very little of anything IT) try and fix my cameras. They didn't give up, when I didn't get something they would send a picture. Finally we got them all back up and working properly. It made it even harder since we are in opposite time zones so everything had to be done through email.

I have had to swap out my cameras I believe due to age and one set had picture color issues. I contacted Annke support and was walked through step by step until it was fixed.
