I have purchased two nvr kits, which I am trying out, and I am getting along well good workmanship of the products and simple and clear configuration. The support was kind and very knowledgeable 5 stars well deserved

ANNKE support returned all e-mails promptly. When I realized that I would need assistance from a live chat agent, I was able to connect with an agent quickly to resolve my problem. The agent was courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. Nothing but good things to report from my experience!

Kyle was very professional and patient and very knowledgeable of what my questions were. He was very direct with his answers and solutions.

I bought an 8MP camera to add to my cctv system. The network knew it was there but would not connect to the Network Video Recorder (NVR). After a number communications with Annke support, trying a variety of checks and fixes, they suggested a method that was able to put the camera onto the NVR.

WZ505 - 5MP 5X Optical Zoom PTZ WiFi Security Camera. I must say I'm very disappointed in this camera. The live view and recordings are very dark for some reason. Even on a bright sunny day. The Alexa function on this camera DOESNT work. Only 1 of the 2 antennas is actually connected, which leads to poor Wi-Fi reception.

After initially being annoyed that the wrong cameras had been sent because I was just expecting a power cable and this had a direct feed cable as well! I couldn’t have been more wrong!!! These cameras are ABSOLUTELY amazing and installation is a breeze. I can’t recommend these any higher ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
