Annke is the best for everything. I've used a few different CCTV systems over the years, and i'm back with Annke. Support, product, and value for money. Excellent system that is eay to setup. A working phone app for remote viewing and with push notifications of photos and video alerts. 24/7 monitoring with no additional fees.

Why cant there be support at UK times. Ihave been trying for ^ days to set up the system and I am about to ask for a refund as I keep getting the same old emails from them

I state that I have never installed a video surveillance system with a wired system. I must say that using only NVR (the first test done) I had no problem. For practical reasons I had thought of connecting all the cameras on the ground floor with a switch and having NVR and modem on the first floor. Here I had some problems, I don't speak/read English and all the instructions were in English (the only defect I found), then thanks to you and the google translator I was able to connect everything.

Brought eufy x 10 robot hover 10 less then 2 months ago and stopped working, app report fault offered to send out a new unit and collect the old one, bearing in mind that the fault is reported from the app and can see the issues. They then back tracked and said I need to send back have inspected and then there send a replacement, I’ve been a week without a hoover, you expect me to wait for it to be sent to you 1-2 days then for you to inspect and then send back. Shame as was great hoover
