I'm not sure what Annke UK are up to as was only a month ago I brought one set of extra cameras now they aren't there at all or something similar. Yet France, USA etc all still list the same model.

Switzerland | 02 August 2024I like this company. As a total newbie to CCTV I bought their DVR with a harddrive and 2 cameras, which my electrician wired in. The mobile and desktop apps were easy to download and eventually easy to use (it always takes ages to set up the first time though) but I had an issue with the timestamp showing the wrong time, even though I set up the correct timezone. I emailed technical support and got the issue resolved after a couple of days of to-ing and fro-ing. As the images are such good quality (even on the night vision setting), I spend far more time than I should watching what's going on at the front of the house :)

I cannot only recommend the product but also the product support which as we all know plays an important part of any purchase.

Well the beginning of our transaction had some bumps, the customer service team made this fantastic. My camera was found to be out of stock. They offered me a discount, a full refund, or a substitution with the discount. How can anybody be upset with that? Was very impressed with their team.

United States | 26 July 2024Ava was a gem! I had some difficulties connecting my phone app to the DVR and Ava, using TeamViewer, was the solution. Scheduling for the TeamViewer session was about 5 days out, so plan ahead. Download TeamViewer (and only TeamViewer) as directed ahead of time. A computer (laptop) connected to the same wifi network as the DVR was required.
