Service agent was super helpful and located what I was after straight away. I'm not sure what Annke UK are up to as was only a month ago I brought one set of extra cameras now they aren't there at all or something similar. Yet France, USA etc all still list the same model.

Although a little slow due back and a fourth a few times on email, all my problems and questions were resolved and the product works extremely well.

I like this company. As a total newbie to CCTV I bought their DVR with a harddrive and 2 cameras, which my electrician wired in. The mobile and desktop apps were easy to download and eventually easy to use (it always takes ages to set up the first time though) but I had an issue with the timestamp showing the wrong time, even though I set up the correct timezone. I emailed technical support and got the issue resolved after a couple of days of to-ing and fro-ing. As the images are such good quality (even on the night vision setting), I spend far more time than I should watching what's going on at the front of the house :)

Recently purchased a couple of Annke cctv systems and I have to say both are performing well , I did make an error in setting up the first one ( miss typed my email address ) but the support given was excellent. I cannot only recommend the product but also the product support which as we all know plays an important part of any purchase.

Product pricing on the website was actually cheaper than even Amazon. That always makes me happy. Well the beginning of our transaction had some bumps, the customer service team made this fantastic. My camera was found to be out of stock. They offered me a discount, a full refund, or a substitution with the discount. How can anybody be upset with that? Was very impressed with their team.

The staff are very helpful and respond very quickly. I have had a lot to do with Joy in the last few weeks. She has been able to answer my questions very well. I can recommend not only her but also the other employees. They simply offer a top service.

I have had CCTV system for years but had upgrade to a new system when it broke. I purchased an Annke wireless system which was plug and play. The setup was really easy and connecting to the internet was simple.

I had an issue connecting two DVRs to Ione phone, a girl called Kaitlyn was so helpful with the problem solving, highly recommended

Ava was a gem! I had some difficulties connecting my phone app to the DVR and Ava, using TeamViewer, was the solution. Scheduling for the TeamViewer session was about 5 days out, so plan ahead. Download TeamViewer (and only TeamViewer) as directed ahead of time. A computer (laptop) connected to the same wifi network as the DVR was required.

Trouble shooted my issue and resolved my issue in a timely fashion. Stayed in touch until I was satisfied. Great Customer Service.

Great company, item was out of stock so got a 10% discount while waiting for it to arrive. Upgrading old Annke box for a 4k version, old box has been flawless, and the remote viewing app is a godsend. Customer service is polite, professional and friendly.

This is the 2nd Annke camera system I have owned. The customer service response was very quick and very helpful to resolve my problems. Very happy with the product.
