If you have an issue in setup the company will get back to you and walk you through your issue then check up after to make sure the issue is resolved. All in all I would highly recommend this system and this company for great business practices.

United Kingdom | 22 December 2023I reported an issue I had with one of my cameras to Annke customer services support that I had a problem with one of my cameras which was a DT1M camera and the customer service was extremely exemplary they went above and beyond to help me quickly efficiently and professionally and within days I received my replacement camera overall 100% satisfaction with the results and professionalism of the customer support I couldn’t rank them highly enough thank you so much, and I will definitely recommend to my friends and family

They have massive compatibility issues. Specific app supports only specific models and even My Annke Smart app is not compatible with everything.

United Kingdom | 16 December 2023I purchased a WZ500 ptz camera which was delivered on 31st November. On my initial inspection it seemed like the package had been opened before and on my first testing of the camera outside, condensation developed on lens and the images from the camera where blurry/foggy. I recorded screen shots and took pictures of the lense and immediately put it back in its box. I contacted customer technical support and they got back to me after 24hrs and was told they would get customer service support to contact me as was not a techinal issue but a fault. Another 24hr had now passed when customer support got back to me with a RMA Number and offered me a exchange. I explained that I was not happy with this product and would prefer a refund which they agreed to once they received it back. The camera was sent out using tracked delivery and Annke Portsmouth Storage received/signed for it on the 11th December. I still have not received my refund and no further response after calling the customer service. I wanted to order the h800 system which is on offer now but reluctant to spent any more money with Aanke at the moment. AANKE why have you not refunded me yet? Edit 18th December, received a email that the refund has been processed and request for my PayPal account for postage. So thank you in advance Annke.
