After waiting months for my purchase it was never delivered. Don't touch this company!

It took over two months for my medicine to be delivered!

Used this company previously fine. Best price found for migralieve. Completed lengthy form for this product re health details! Product never arrived. Checked my junk emails & had received email stating to log in & answer more questions. Then couldn’t log in nor reset password?! Several times! Email sent. Eventually product arrived 6wks after order?! Unsure whether would try & use this company again! Think I’d rather pay a little extra & have the product arrive within 1 month! Just checked & with postage, is actually same price as my local chemist. Sorted.

I ordered good from them in March. I only ever got 1 reply to my 5 emails saying it would come in 2 weeks, this is having already waited a month. 3 and a half months later and no item, emails ignored.

My order took 2 months to be delivered without an explanation or reason for the delay Updates to inform me on the progress of my order would have been helpful. AYP have not responded to requests about returning the item.

Prices good hence two stars. I would have given five stars if the delivery had been good too. But I placed the order for Floradix on 7th May ‘24 to arrive by Royal Mail 2-5day delivery. I needed it as I had been advised to take it to build up my iron intake before surgery later in the month, & I mentioned this in an email. On 15th May I sent an email asking when or if it had been dispatched as I was due to go into hospital for surgery the following week & wouldn’t be at home then to receive it, & also I hadn’t had the chance to benefit from taking it. But as usual, I got no reply. On 10th June I was notified that it had been shipped, & 12th June I received an email from Royal Mail to say it had been left outside my home, which meant I then had to contact someone & ask them to drive over to my home & pick it up & keep it safe until my return on 24th June. So from ordering it to shipping, it took 5 weeks, when surgery had by that time already taken place 3weeks before & I was now convalescing. So in view of this I could not give a single star for delivery. I have experienced long delays in receiving my orders on other occasions, but I did expect that having explained how important it was for me to get this product as soon as possible that AYP might take a caring attitude & make an effort this time to send it straight away. Delivery time truly is horrendous, & absolutely does need working on asap!!!

Was delivered very late

I was able to order easily. The paracetamol is very reasonably priced.

Delivery was months late and when I tried to contact them I received no reply.

Ordered April 16 th received 2 months later emailed to find out where my items were they said back log the first time I had to wait 3 weeks but other times only 2 weeks not 2 months shame really

Had to remind them about my order. Took about 4 weeks to arrive. Wont be using again.

Terrible I got scammed !

Do not waste your time and money with AYP. Order will not get dispatched until over a month after placed. Customer service is zero. You email them and they do not reply. You phone them and they say they have nothing to do with the online sales. I ordered eyedrops because I needed them, they did not arrive, I emailed several times no reply. In the end I asked to cancel the order as they had not shipped but they decided to send the item more than 30 days after placed the order, I had already reordered from boots and received the next day. Total time wasters. Update to reply: I used your contact form on the website many times aswell as sending emails,nyou did not reply to any of them, what would be different now ? You say contact you when part of my reveiw is regarding your poor ability to reply.

The longest ever wait for a delivery. Order the items I needed from another company and arrived in a couple of days. 2 months delivery time is ridiculous.

Honestly do not use this company they take your money and can not be relied on. Terrible communication no apology. You have been warned.

Finally received my order after a lengthy delay, no communication for the company until I emailed them then still didn’t hear anything after the second deadline for receiving goods. Ok there was a backlog from supplier problems but they just didn’t bother communicating with me at all. Won’t use them again

It took over 5 weeks from my order being accepted until it was shipped. I had to ask more than once when I would get my order as the delay grew. I would have expected to be contacted by them, not to have to chase them for information myself. It did turn up in the end but I am reluctant to use them again.
