United Kingdom | 29 June 2024I waited 2months before I reported the product Not being sent to me, beforeI contacted my credit card company. You then had to refund me and was followed with the arrival of the ordered product. I had already sent you 3 emails which you responded to 1 but still didn't send my order. The company reviews are very low so you still haven't improved your service. Not everyone is savvy enough to report you so you must be taking many peoples money without sending their order. I know this is the case as I've followed recent disappointed customers. I do not recommend this company.

United Kingdom | 28 June 2024It was very late, I ordered a couple of months before it arrived if not longer and I had to remind them they had taken the money for a few months and delivered nothing. They did send apologies. Really the problem I had was no longer a problem so pointless when it arrived.

United Kingdom | 28 June 2024I don't know how to evaluate this company!!?? I bought a box of cream on May 2, and the company pledged to deliver the medicine within 3-5 working days. I sent to the company many emails and did not receive any response (except for one email that I received on May 13th saying that the medicine would arrive next week. I replied to them that I no longer needed it and requested that the amount to be refunded to my account). In the end, the medicine arrived on June 17th, Well after 6 weeks, I no longer needed this medicine at all because I bought the same cream at a cheaper price from another company. I hope you can send me the method to return the cream to the seller because I informed my bank of what happened and the bank refurned the amount I paid. I will never buy from this company and I do not recommend your services to other customers.

AYP said they would refund my money. 3 months later and I'm still chasing them for my money. Shocking company and customer service. I will never use them again.

United Kingdom | 28 June 2024Order was placed 6th April and not received until 24th June. We had to chase the order several times. When the items arrived they have a best before date of February 2025 which isn’t helpful as we need the items for seasonal allergies which occur in the months of March and April. Hence we no longer need the items this year and will be out of date by the time we need them next year.
