I can’t access to them, I check if I have orders processed and it says that I don’t have orders when I bought the day before. The payment is pending from my card so I’ve better don’t get charged if this website is not working. What a waste of time! I don’t even have order number.

Still waiting on delivery from October when chasing I get the exact same copy and paste reply. Clawback with the bank coming if you fail to process the now requested refund. Don’t bother with this company.

I ordered something on 27 October and it still hasn’t arrived. I’m really disappointed, I don’t think I’m going to order anything from here again.

Easy to get tablets I needed

I emailed AYP and my items have still not arrived. Payment has been made. Update. AYP have been in touch and gave me an approximate delivery date. The order was never fulfilled by them but I have now received a full refund.

Order placed and never received. Sent numerous emails, a message on the “Contact us” facility on the website and also tried to live chat 💬 which was also an option on the website… absolutely zero response to any of these aside an automated “ we will respond to your query as soon as we can “ reply. I am so glad I used PayPal as the payment option as they gave me an immediate refund ( which leads me to believe that I am not the first customer to be fleeced by this company) DO NOT ORDER from them! Happy to take your money from you; not willing to provide any kind of service or product for it though…

Rubbish. Doesn’t process in their stipulated time-frame. Doesn’t despatch in their stipulated time-frame. Doesn’t arrive in their estimated time-frame. Doesn’t respond to telephone calls, emails, Contact Us forms, nor Live Chat. They’re literally never available to contact after taking your money,

Absolutely disgusting company, avoid. Order placed Feb for necessary meds. Nothing received, nothing from AYP saying why. Person needing meds went into hospital so meds no longer needed. Order cancelled but can't be fullfilled anyway by AYP so instead money to be refunded. August came and went, NOTHING. Requested bank details for refund, duly given, still nothing and here we are on 28th October email received saying order on it's way, half the items but billed for all of them even after cancelling and THEM offering a refund. Shocking need reprting to Trading Standards

Well went to buy some anti inflammatory but had to use PayPal and I don't have PayPal and never will so I came here to moan about that and read reviews. Phew lucky escape I'm glad they only accepted PayPal.

I've ordered twice from this company. Delivery takes forever despite paying a delivery fee for delivery "within 2-5 days". My first order took 2 weeks to arrive - I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again. This time I ordered in good time expecting delivery to take a while...it's now almost a month and no sign of my order. No contact number provided. I've tried online chat multiple times with no reply and no reply to email. Really shocking service

Placed order nearly 2 weeks ago and after multiple emails sent have yet to receive a response. Delivery time stated was 5-7 days. So not only have I not received my product, I also feel like they are ignoring the problem. Have requested a refund through my bank seen as this company refuses to reply to any message that's been sent. Hopefully i get my money back and will definitely not be using this company again!

I wish I had read the reviews. I'm still waiting for my order which was placed nearly a month ago. I emailed them and they said I should receive it next week another week gone and still nothing. I emailed them again and no reply. I'm going to try to get refund but they won't refund me. I can't believe they charge you for delivery and yet they fail to fulfill the orders. I have given up on them now and would never order again from them.

2.5 stars. Very reasonably priced products but let down by slow delivery. The estimate given at checkout of 2-5 days was misleading - my order took 15 days to arrive. After emailing, I was told there was a backlog of orders, which it appears has been the case for quite some time judging by the other reviews. Like most people buying medication, I needed it promptly and would have been unlikely to go through with my order had I known how long it would take to arrive. I feel it would be better to provide customers with an updated delivery estimate until the backlog is cleared.

I ordered eye drops in February. I did not receive and asked for refund. I still did not get it. Stay away from this company

I wish I had read reviews before ordering. Have chased twice and had no response. Still waiting for delivery and been waiting over 2 weeks. Don’t say you will deliver quickly if you can’t. Will now have to order from somewhere else and pay out more. Never again

The same as other reviews I’ve waited too long for delivery Every week I query it and they send the exact same message saying it’ll be the end of next week We don’t usually order medicines weeks in advance so we’ve ordered when we needed them and believed they were in stock I’ve asked for a full refund and won’t use them again

It is the first time I have used this company. If it was possible I would give a zero stars review. They accepted my order online, stating the goods were in stock and delivery would be 2 to 5 days. 8 days later I emailed asking why my order had not been received. I got a reply saying it would be despatched the end of the following week, which would have been 17 days after my order. It is now 27 days after my order and the goods have not been received nor have I heard further from the company. I have raised a complaint via PayPal and requested a refund.

No goods arrived & no-one answering via message system online. Spoke to Paypal and was refunded immediately. Absolutely avoid this company
