no updates no tracking not recieved order while placing order it state delivery in 2 days not recomended update: after 7 month seller is asking more details about me like my mobile number and full name plus order number they know i font remember order number after 7 month this way they will remove my honest review about them they are total fraud and dodgy i got my refund after telling them im going to report trading standards

AYP we have a problem - your new robotic system has had a meltdown and my order of the 18th March has still not been dispatched. Unfortunately I don't seem to be the only one having the same problem. I'm not impressed with your current level of customer service at all it's very disappointing.

Placed my order 23/03, was told the same storie as others about system issues and that my order would be shipped by 5/03 the very latest, but still no news despite numerous attempt to contact them via their website, email and on the chat which states they are available from 9am to 5pm (obviously not as noone responds)

They take your money and don't send your order. When you contact them they take ages to respond...can't call them or due their supposed web chat either...and they make false promises that items will be dispatched 'next week'. Nada. Nothing. Zero Zilch. A number of emails didn't resolve this so I had to make a money claim via my bank for a refund. Fraudulent outfit

Ordered on 13/03/24 order still not received. I emailed them asking if there was any tracking on 25/03/24 to receive a response saying that there was a delay caused by unforeseen technical issues due to the recent installation of a new robotic system but now almost a month later from ordering still no order. Refund now requested. I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering as I would have avoided this palaver!

I have ordered some OTC medications 2 weeks ago, and the order has not even been dispatched yet. The products were in stock at the moment of purchase. It is 2 days i try to contact them on their "live chat" service, but despite they state that they are online 9am-5pm, when i contact them during that time interval they send an automatic message saying they are offline and to try to contact them again in a few hours. It is a scam, do not use them and buy from more reputable websites.

I ordered my product on 22nd March and was told delivery within 3 days. I heard nothing from them so I emailed them on the 3rd April and they emailed back on the 5th April and said "we've encountered unforeseen technical issues due to the recent installation of a new robotic system". On the 6th April I asked for a refund but heard nothing. On the 8th April I emailed to say I hadn't received my refund but got NO response. Today 9th April I still have not heard back so again I have asked for my order to be cancelled and for them to repay my money.

After a mix up with the initial delivery, AYP healthcare were quick to rectify the problem, and all went smoothly with the delivery. Customer service was very helpful and I’d happily recommend this company for pharmaceuticals online 👍🏼

Ordered 22nd of December 2023, no delivery so chased January, February, March and April. Kept advising issues with IT then backlog, then said would refund or deliver by end of week, asked for end of week, which was mid March, so asked for a refund but guess what, no reply. They need to shape up or close business as they are a complete shambles!

Buyer Beware! Please heed the comments here by the majority of customers. My experience mirrors the rest of these reviews. Medication ordered in February, still not delivered. Had an automatic reply stating there was an issue with the new robots? Then no further updates or responses to any communication. I have had to chase my bank for a chargeback of my order. I have also reported the pharmacy to the General Pharmaceutical Council and would encourage others to do the same!

Took payment instantly for my daughters tablets. This was over 2 weeks ago messaged them after 1 week same exscuse as everyone else seems theyve been installing the new system for months now. Promised me my order by the end of the following week and to my surprise(not) it did not come. E mailed and messaged several times and still no reply as to where my order is . I would not recomend using this company at all. VERY,VERY Disapointed

Placed an order in early March 2024. AYP processed the payment and did not provide the product. The reason for non-processing did not appear credible from my perspective, and customer service they provided was poor. I would advise not placing an order with AYP

Company didn't send item, didn't respond to e-mail or online chat. NHS website has 1 star rating, obviously they are spamming trust pilot with positive reviews to get people to order. DO NOT USE!

Company may be experiencing problems or going under. Be careful. Have an order still “pending” after being ordered mid February. The phone number doesn’t connect and emails/messages via the website aren’t answered.
