Good service, very professional, prices are excellent compared to other pharmacies. My items arrived in a week (ordered on a Thursday arrived the following Thursday) so bear this in mind if you need a product urgently. Overall I'm happy with the service provided.

Do not order anything from this company sent me the wrong product returned as requested and paid postage which they agreed to refund but only gave me 1p for postage, yes 1p insulting. Ignoring ALL my messages and emails. DO NOT trust their word means nothing.

Absolutely shambles of a company, unbelievable, incompetent, shouldn't be trading, avoid at all costs , tried to use them last year nothing arrived got refunded, should have learnt a lesson tried again last week exactly the same , same excuses heavy work load, can't keep up , never use them .

I placed my order on 10/1 with 2-5 days shipping. I had heard nothing by 17/1 so I opened a ticket with them. I got the same generic reply that others have quoted “due to a backlog” and advising me they anticipate my order would arrive by the middle of next week or I could have a refund. I opted to wait as it was only a few days. No order arrived by the Wednesday so I opened another ticket with them which was ignored. I opened a case with PayPal who then contacted them - miraculously I received tracking information after PayPal had contacted them and my order finally arrived today (sat 25/1). 15 days and goodness knows how long it would have been if PayPal hadn’t stepped in. In contrast I ordered the same items as a replacement on Wednesday from somewhere else and they have also arrived today! Wouldn’t use these people again unfortunately.

order placed and deliver promised 3-5 days, several sill questions later, repeated several times and 11 days on still not processed, livechat and helpline is shocking, only good thing about it is being able to pay via paypal whom i put in a question today and will be getting a refund straight away, i wish i had seen previous trustpilot reviews before being messed about.

I really hate to leave a negative review for any service I've received but I feel compelled to on this occasion. I placed an order on December 29th 2024 and paid for standard 2-5 days shipping. My item arrived this morning January 24th 2025. I understand that there is supply chain issues in lots of companies but what other companies do well is communicate effectively with their customers. Has this happened on this occasion I may have been a little more sympathetic. In conclusion I wouldn't use AYP again.

Made an order on 8/1/25 with 2-5 days for delivery. Emailed on 6th day when order never arrived, they replied with something along the lines of a delay due to backlog of orders. Today is the 23rd and still no delivery and haven't replied to last email asking for a refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Visited the preston branch on lancaster road. Was appalled when asked to pay 4.99 for over the counter painkillers that are 1.99 in any other pharmacy. Will never use this company again anywhere in the country.

Ordered medication from them, they took my money but then failed to deliver the product, following chasing they eventually replied a week after the medication should have been delivered claiming they were too busy to process at that time but they would get to it at some point with no guarantee of a delivery.

Ordered gel for my back pain on 21st December. Received today 9th January. I had to go to a local pharmacy to buy some as this took too long. Will not be buying from this company again . Said 2 to 3 days delivery more like weeks.

I would of given this company -0 stars if I could. I've ordered twice from this company. Delivery takes forever despite paying a delivery fee "within 2-5 days". My first order took 2 weeks to arrive - I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again. I waited 2 weeks to see if it would arrive, and low behold nothing. Even after a number of emails requesting for a tracking number and eta, they provided the same automated reply “Regrettably, we've experienced some unforeseen delays recently due to a surge in orders during this busy time of year. This sudden increase has created a backlog, causing temporary disruptions in our processing and dispatching operations” I gave up in the end and requested for a refund! AWFUL company.

Placed an order 11 days ago and since then received not communication. Rang them to be given another number to ring. This number had a recorded message saying that they were not taking calls. The company is abosolutely useless so avoid dealing with them or be prepared for the consequences.

I ordered painkilling medication when in urgent need. After six days I contacted ayp to enquire about the delay and after another day was emailed that the item was being despatched. I am still waiting and still in pain. Never again!

Ordered medication 8 days ago not even dispatched yet. Asked for cancellation and full refund they ignored the request saying it is just due to a backlog of orders. I need my medication, they are not fit to trade in the healthcare sector.

ABSOLUTELY avoid using this company. Appalling service, well no service at all I order teething gel for my granddaughter who’s suffering with her teething so more time for her to wait in pain reading the other comments very much doubt I’ll get a refund or replacement for my order. I’ve never written a bad review in trust pilot but DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

I used them in march and my order never arrived. I was sorted in the end with a refund from my bank. I buy my medicine locally now. I think I'll keep doing that to save the additional expense on tablets I needed for the headache I got from the last experience. All the best to all. They did respond eventually.

Watch all companies now. Mum just received emails asking for more information meaning order number and other personal information otherwise they'll remove comments. Draconian tracing going on now with di$strust pil0t. They know you might not have an order number nor wants to be tracked and traced so this is how they will achieve that to get comments removed and that's every major company now. Beware. My mum can't respond as I won't when I get the email for this comment but shows you, you can't always trust a company that has the word trust in it!!!

Awful service, well no service. I ordered and paid for 2 packets of 8 tablets. After questioning a number of times why I needed them, they said they would only supply 8 tablets. The order never arrived yet they charged me for both packets of 8 tablets and delivery. Avoid this company

I needed to reorder my wife's eye drops. As I had had good service previously I returned for top up. I checked prices and you came out favourably. The order was placed after using the simple Web process The order was fulfilled and delivered on time. Keep up the good work.
