United Kingdom | 22 June 2024I am not one to write negative reviews normally but the service I have recieved from Ayp Healthcare is shocking! I am still awaiting a response on a refund for an item I ordered at the end of February. They have zero customer service who do not answer the phone, messages on the online chat and emails. In the space of 4 almost 5 months I have recieved 2 emails about them recently changing their "system", which from what I have read on other reviews is the excuse they have been giving since 2023 if not before. I would avoid this company at all costs, unless you have money to waste and you don't actually want your good. A complaint has been made to trading standards and I await an update from them. If the company is unable to fulfil orders due to a backlog then I would suggest not letting people place any further orders until you are in a position to accept and process them. Waiting 5 months for 1 item is simply ridiculous and I for one will not be ordering from these again.

Myself I would never use them again. Update! Order just arrived 4th July. AYP must have seen this review.🙄. Only took 4+ months to fulfill the order. 🫤

United Kingdom | 19 June 2024Scammers; avoid at all costs. Order placed 5th May - never received they confirmed the goods would be dispatched the following week but now 18th June and still no goods. Called today and message stating not currently taking calls. So far I have sent 5 contact forms/emails but have had no response . Will be adding a poor review on the NHS website also as it is so bad companies are on their website as a good supplier. I am now going via Trading Standards as I have also lost money on my order.

United Kingdom | 18 June 2024This company is a total scam and con. I ordered medicine in April 2024. It never arrived, I requested a refund and that hasn't arrived. I have been emailing them multiple times and they have been fobbing me off with excuses about moving to new payment systems etc. DO NOT SHOP WITH AYP HEALTHCARE, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR GOODS AND YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND.

United Kingdom | 17 June 2024There is just no way of getting in touch with this company. Their phone does not work. Says they don't take any calls anymore. I have tried numerous emails. Have had no response. I have paid a large amount for medication which is not forthcoming.
