Got my order a month late. Outrageous

Giving a 2 as the products did eventually arrive after 2 months, although no longer needed, customer service was non existent ignored all messages I sent, would not buy from this company again.

Absolutely terrible service. The order took weeks and weeks to arrive. I was twice reassured that it would be with me soon. It wasn't.

They’re useless . Parcel 6 weeks late and I contacted them 3 times to cancel . Pathetic service

I repeatedly chased an estimated delivery date which could not be provided and then waited 3-4 months for the delivery. Unacceptable service.

Placed an order on 1 April and have still not received my order or a refund in lieu by 23 June. I have made many attempts to contact AYP and have had no responses for weeks now. Avoid this company!

I am not one to write negative reviews normally but the service I have recieved from Ayp Healthcare is shocking! I am still awaiting a response on a refund for an item I ordered at the end of February. They have zero customer service who do not answer the phone, messages on the online chat and emails. In the space of 4 almost 5 months I have recieved 2 emails about them recently changing their "system", which from what I have read on other reviews is the excuse they have been giving since 2023 if not before. I would avoid this company at all costs, unless you have money to waste and you don't actually want your good. A complaint has been made to trading standards and I await an update from them. If the company is unable to fulfil orders due to a backlog then I would suggest not letting people place any further orders until you are in a position to accept and process them. Waiting 5 months for 1 item is simply ridiculous and I for one will not be ordering from these again.

Order made in February 2024. Still not received or refund made - it is now 22nd June. I cannot make up my mind whether they are incompetent or corrupt. Reader you decide. Myself I would never use them again. Update! Order just arrived 4th July. AYP must have seen this review.🙄. Only took 4+ months to fulfill the order. 🫤

Thieves. Placed an order on 12th February and it still has not arrived. I have emailed them and tried to contact them on the webchat but surprise, surprise, they were offline. They replied once to say I could have a refund which I accepted but I am still waiting.

Order not delivered Quoted 2-5 days leadtime, needed malaria tablets for holiday travel, ordered in May, now 4 weeks later still no arrival and no response to my last 2 emails chasing. Had to organise a credit card chargeback

Scammers; avoid at all costs. Order placed 5th May - never received they confirmed the goods would be dispatched the following week but now 18th June and still no goods. Called today and message stating not currently taking calls. So far I have sent 5 contact forms/emails but have had no response . Will be adding a poor review on the NHS website also as it is so bad companies are on their website as a good supplier. I am now going via Trading Standards as I have also lost money on my order.

This company is a total scam and con. I ordered medicine in April 2024. It never arrived, I requested a refund and that hasn't arrived. I have been emailing them multiple times and they have been fobbing me off with excuses about moving to new payment systems etc. DO NOT SHOP WITH AYP HEALTHCARE, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR GOODS AND YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND.

I placed an order on 5/4/24,was informed my order accepted, waited , due to back log would be longer than usual, accepted this, waited no order, e-mailed got same answer, accepted, 24/4/24 asked for refund, e-mail received,passed on to appropriate team , no refund as yet , e-mailed to say I have not received my refund, NO REPLY

There is just no way of getting in touch with this company. Their phone does not work. Says they don't take any calls anymore. I have tried numerous emails. Have had no response. I have paid a large amount for medication which is not forthcoming.

Awful company! Not received my order placed over 5 weeks ago! Only one reply to my numerous emails and that was to say they had a backlog of orders. No reply since when I have now asked for a refund! Avoid at all costs. Absolute Scammers!
