I waited nearly 4 months for my order

I have not used this company long, but I will tell you that in a short time I have used them. They have been very reliable. Any order placed has been received and then I really timely manner and well packaged. The website itself is easy to use and that in itself count for a lot as well. I recommend this company

Despite several emails and promises that the good would be delivered soon, it took 4 months to receive the order. I will not order again.

Over a month on delivery

If I could give no stars, I would. Product ordered in Feb, received in June, only after getting in touch with Trading Standards and Watchdog. No communication at all. Incompetent and cavalie....I will not use this cowboy outfit again.

My order was delayed for more than a month without any explanation. I only got feedback after sending an e-myself asking about my order. When I tried to cancel my order there was response or action at all. Finally, my order arrived a month later even if was trying to cancel it.

My item took over a month to arrive only after contacting the company several times did it finally arrive. The communication was non existent!

Took over a month to ship and ignored my emails. DO NOT order from here!

Delay after delay; did not reply to enquiries and then delivered after the order was cancelled. Poor customer service - will not look at AYP again.

Then only thing that went right was that I did eventually receive my medication. Won't be using you again. This is the second time it's happened.

Rubbish. Delivery late by three weeks.

Never sent the order and wouldn’t respond to my frequent emulsion or online chats. Eventually after 2 months they send the item without so much as an apology. I don’t need it now as I had to purchase elsewhere when they didn’t supply it and no chance of a refund. Avoid this company like the plague

The eye drops were not delivered to me in a reasonable time frame. Despite my many contacts using the Contacts page on there website I was ignored. Would not recommend this Company.

My order took 2 months to arrive will not be using them again

Delivery took sooo long. Had to order from different pharmacy as product hsdnt arrived. Not impressed.

It took 6 weeks to receive my order plus it was 5 weeks before I received any replys from my emails

I ordered on 12th April, after 9 weeks of waiting I received my order and cancelling it and emailing, all I got was an automated email, never order again

Poor communication with several emails sent throughout the process, also took around 1.5 months to arrive even after expressing how important the order was and I needed it urgently, felt like i wasn’t listened to and customer service didn’t really care, will not be ordering from the site again!

Product arrived after I had given up on it and bought elsewhere

The item was never sent. My multiple attempts to make contact failed. Eventually, I tried to cancel the order and obtain a refund. This also failed. I am still out of pocket and awaiting a refund.
