Ordered movicol Plain sachets showing as in stock .Waited and waited after a couple of weeks I contacted them and they stated it was delayed.I waited and waited over 1 month and it finally came .It was not the right order they sent me lemon and lime and I was specifically waiting for plain.Terrible company customer service 0 , would have given minus stars if I could , still awaiting refund and expect to have to do a bank recharge.Do not use .!

Zero communication, asked for a refund never got one so gave up, so ordered what I wanted elsewhere, then 3 months later is shows up in the post, don't waste your time complete shambles of a company.

Do NOT buy from this company . My products took 12 weeks to arrive , it was only joint supplements you can buy in a supermarket, communication was dreadful and zero customer care. I eventually involved BBC Watchdog.

Terrible! Do not buy anything from them. Placed order in April. Did not fulfil order. They asked how I wanted refund a month later. Received items I no longer needed on 25th June. Don't waste your time money. Cowboy outfit!

Item ordered in May.... Delivered in July.... Really poor.

It took 3 months for them to fill my order… they fobbed me off with standard complaint response emails and promised a refund that didn’t arrive… they only filled the order when I threatened them with informing trading standards… they offered no real apology or compensation… buyer beware

I ordered some antacid tablets. I didn't receive them despite emailing reminders and phoning them. I requested a refund which they ignored. This went on for a couple of months until I finally threatened them with Trading standards and my credit card provider. Then, amazingly the order arrived! Don't deal with this company

Very bad I bought vitamins months ago and they were supposed to arrive within two weeks. But it was delayed for more than two months. When I sent it to them, I wanted to cancel the order because it was delayed and I was traveling outside the country. Despite this, they ignored it. They sent the vitamins after a few months. The worst treatment, there is no trust in them.

You did not deliver for 4 weeks and then offered a full refund for cancelling my order. Following cancellation, you did not refund and I instructed my bank to reverse the charge. Then you delivered my order, which I no longer want. You may collect the order by appointment.

I wrote over and over asking for my order to be cancelled, as it was of no use to me anymore after over two months of delay in delivery! No response whatsoever! About three months after I placed my order, it turn up at my door! And had to go straight to the bin as no use for it any longer! What a waste of resources and our money. Truly appalling!

Delivery took 6 weeks.....

Easy to place order online but after confirmation nothing for weeks. Finally turned up after requesting a refund. All well in the end.

Nearly two months to deliver. Ignored a request for a refund after a month. Stopped communicating with me.

Very poor experience and service took over two months to arrive and countless messages which most were ignored and not answered would never use again.I ended up buying else where and it was delivered within 48 hourswith no issues or problems. My order from yourselves upon eventual delivery box was broken and product loose in envelope.if I could have give less than 1 star I would have done.

This is a company I would NEVER ever use again or recommend. I placed an order back in April and the item never arrived as promised. It was months later that I get a notification saying it was on its way but never arrived. I requested 3 times for a refund and a response, but no refund or response has been given to date!!!! Absolutely a poorly run company. It does not even deserve 1 star.

It took 6 months for my order to arrive. I’ve given 2 stars because they did tell me it would be delayed after I enquired as to my orders whereabouts and on the third time of emailing they did give me the option to have a refund, this was at the 3 month mark and by then I felt I’d waiting long enough I thought I would wait a little longer. Still no order after 5 months so I wrote requesting a refund, response was automated and no mention of my refund. The order did finally get despatched shortly after this email and then some time later it was received. Very disappointing in their lack of communication. I understand that sometimes it is difficult to get hold of items, but really in this day and age communication is key!!
