I placed my order on the 27th of March. It was shipped on the 18th of April. I would not have had a problem with that if they had let me know there was a delay, or if they had answered my questions which I sent on a number of occasions using their contact method on the website. I do not like leaving bad reviews, but it was really frustrating not having replies to my valid questions.

SCUMBAGS Order got rejected. They refunded me for the product but kept the postage charge. Still not replying. The battle continues.

I made an order at the end of April, and it's been delivered at the end of June. I have sent several emails/messages on their site, they didn't bother to give me a proper reply. If I knew how bad they are, I would not have made that order. I will never deal with them anymore.

Ordered hayfever spray 9th January 2024. Now July, still nothing. Tried contact via email on multiple occasions. One reply early on, nothing since. Total shysters. Update: The day after I submitted the above review, I was contacted by AYP to ask for my bank details, for a refund, which I provided. 2 weeks later, no sign of a refund. Customer care at the bottom of their priority list.

I placed an order on the 7th July and I haven't heard a thing since..I have emailed twice with no response. Automated chat is unresponsive. Very disappointing. All I want is my order. I won't deal with AYP again and certainly would not recommend.

I placed this order on April 25th and then answered a questionnaire the following day. The ordered was approved on the same day. On the 22nd May I tried to contact them to enquire if there was a problem but got no response. Early June I emailed to request that they cancel any pending orders as I had purchased elsewhere to which I got no response whatsoever. On 17th June the order arrived via Royal Mail. Nearly 2 months after ordering with no communication from a person at AYP. This is just not acceptable. They can have these eye drops back if they would like to collect. I've never experienced a less reliable company.

Not a reliable website after placing an order no news about delivery, after sending a few emails to have info about my order, you cannot reach them by phone. I wrote my last email asking for a refund, but there was no reply. I started a dispute and then after 2 months from my order, I received the package. I'll never buy anything from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered medication in May, was told it would be delivered between 5-10 days. 2 weeks passed and still nothing. Emailed them and they responded to say there’s a delay. I then asked for a refund. Fast forward to July and they aren’t responding to my emails and I still haven’t received a refund. Will never order from this company again.

Worst experience I’ve ever had . I placed an order in April and when it didn’t arrive I emailed 3 times to find my order and then ask for a refund . Two months later I got an excuse of an email offering me a refund which I excepted but never received. Then 3 month after placing the order I received my item . I would never use this pharmacy and advise any not to either .

Took over 2 months to get my order despite paying 1st class postage-excuses-when they bothered to make contact about demand causing delay. I eventually demanded a full refund and order arrived 24hrs later! No wonder our NHS is in crap state if these people supply them

Do not use this company - ordered product was not delivered after two weeks so requested a refund and ordered the product from elsewhere. After about two months eventually got notification that they would refund. After three months the product eventually turned up!! Not much use to me though as I had received the product from another supplier no problem. Fortunately it wasn't a high value order.
