United Kingdom | 30 July 2024I placed my order on 20th April 2024 and was informed on the 18th of June that it had finally been shipped!!! It was a further 3 days before it arrived. I have used this company before and not had any delays, but an 8 week delay with no communication from them is ridiculous. I didn't chase them up as I'd completely forgotten about the order as I had to purchase it elsewhere as it hadn't arrived. Very disappointed

Waited a fortnight, emailed again asking for a refund - no response. Had to request a refund from my credit card provider which they kindly honoured within a few days. Now nearly in August and have never heard another squeak from them at all. Terrible company.
