My second car purchase in a row from Redgate Lodge in Shiremoor after finding the on there website which easy to navigate. From start to finish I felt no pressure what so ever from the team at RGL. Same as last time I dealt with Stew who took me through all stages of buying my new car and what was on offer as purchase package, test drive and history of the car. I decided bite the bullet and trade my old car in but before I could drive away in my new car the team who work in the background and deserve a lot more appreciation carried out a pre release inspection providing me with peace and mind that my was road safe. When it comes to looking for another I will and have recommended Redgate Lodge to family and friends. Brilliant show room and friendly team. Redgate lodge is my go to for car shopping.

I popped in on a Saturday with the weather being horrible and will the salesman happily popped out and showed me around the car, after we popped into the offices and went through finances for the car, I was happy with the car and put a deposit down online, the vehicle went back to the workshops for final touches and 4 days later the car was ready to pick up, it was a smooth service and will happily reccomended the dealer.
