I picked my Golf GTi up from Redgate lodge today after viewing it a couple of days ago. When I arrived to have a look at the car it was in great condition and as described on the website with plenty of information. I bought the car from Paul who was very helpful and not pushy at all, he gave me all of the information on the car that I asked for and made sure the package I took worked for me. I absolutely love the car and couldn't be happier, I would definitely buy from them again.

Helpful staff, great all round experience

Paul Souter did a good job guiding us through the final selection of our car and explaining the additional options available. The handover would have gone well but for a glitch at the DVLA when registering the new keeper but Paul found a solution and the hand over went smoothly the following day.

Nothing was too much trouble; always willing to help.

I recently purchased my new car from Redgate lodge in Shiremoor. Firstly I took the car for a test drive with Paul the sales executive. Every question I asked about the car was answered, there was nothing Paul didn’t know about this car as he advised he previously worked for Volkswagen. The car had a new MOT and was fully serviced. I was unable to pick the car up straight away due to work commitments so I called Paul and he was happy to allow me to pick the car up at a later date. The whole experience was an enjoyable process and at no point did I feel pressured in anyway. I would strongly recommend Redgate lodge if looking to buy a new car, the staff are friendly and your looked after through out the whole process, added bonus was the free hot drinks!!

Very friendly team. Didn't have a single problem they took care of everything and made buying and financing the car a breeze. Sam was excellent. Would fully recommend anyone looking to buy a car to go there.

What an easy process and what a wonderful gentlemen Sam Dewar is at Redgate lodge. Kept updated through every step of getting a car and helped whenever needed even on his days off!!! Couldn’t recommend Sam more. If you have the chance of buying a car ask for him. Good to see people still going over and above to get the right deal in the end.

Brilliant service again by Redgate Lodge on the purchase of my second car from here, Sam the salesman was brilliant from start to finish,only thing bad I have to say is the hidden cost of cleaning the car and sorting the car out like m o t and things you don’t know about before collecting of £199 which is a company policy,which I don’t think it’s very good when you pay over £40,000 for a car

In all my years of buying car's never have i experienced such a relaxing no pressure purchase.i must add it was all down to young will.plus last week I had my first visit to your service center and the lads at reception were very accommodating to my needs.would recommended that anyone intending buying a new car to look no further.

I bought a discovery sport a few months back, no issues with the car and very friendly service, the guys there were not pushy at all and when I said I would go away and think about it there was no issues and he just gave me a card and said any questions give him a call, once this cars term is up I will be back for a different one
