We bought our car, a Jaguar XF R-Sport, in February 2024 and dealt with Andy who was great - knowledgeable, easy going and no hard sell. Only criticism is that Redgate wouldn't budge on the price of the Jagua. They did however give us a really good price for our Polo GTI. Since we bought the car we have had a few niggling problems. Problems that have been fixed under warranty. We've normally dealt with Paul and I can say without doubt that he and the service and body shop side of things is, up to now, 1st class. If only I could give 4 and a half stars I would (nothing is ever 100% is it)!? Definitely recommended.

Shortly after buying the vehicle, it began experiencing frequent breakdowns due to excessive oil consumption. Despite multiple visits to the garage and the replacement of the oil sensor, the problem has persisted. Additionally, I was informed by Peugeot that the vehicle was subject to a recall, but no such information was communicated to me at the time of purchase. I have been disappointed by the lack of communication and support from your after-sales service team throughout this process.

Good sales man and more than happy with my car, I also like the fact they will price match any other car like for like so you know your getting a fair deal.

Overall, it was a good experience, although, in hindsight, I should have waited and looked for a better model. There were a few minor problems afterwards, but they were fixed as soon as I reported them. Redgate Lodge will be one of my places to look for future cars.
